Everything was perfect.

Everything was amazing. Beautiful hotel, quiet, fantastic staff, comfortable bed, good value, location. They even brought tea to our room after check in, and everything in the mini bar is free. Breakfast was incredible - local food, and a good variety - so tasty. I left something in the room when we checked out, and they shipped it to our next hotel free of charge - amazing service.

One can't deny the road noise is there, but the positioning of the hotel has done it's best to alleviate and give the feeling of an oasis. It does seem a bit of noise comes through a grate above the door, that would be our only feedback. Mind you, every hotel has this issue in Phuket City - so don't let that not have you book here (this is clearly the best hotel in the area for boutique luxury).

This hotel is an example of what a boutique, luxury hotel can be. The attention to detail is beyond expectations. From the staff, so quiet - but always there. The constant (quiet to the point of, how did that get there?) deliveries of cold water, towels. The breakfast was exceptional, the coffee oustanding (and we live in Melbourne!). The building is an architectural digest dream, it's exquisite. The rooms are clean to the point of looking not lived in, the design is on the smaller side - but in a way that you never feel it. The amenities included are beyond generous, but honestly, it's all in the details - this hotel has nailed luxury service and deserves all of the accolades - well done.

Loved everting about this hotel. It’s right in the old town so you can hear a bit of traffic but it wasn’t a problem when sleeping.

- amazing decor, really stylish - great pool - has a great reading room, with some really interesting books - great location a short walk from the old town - amazing staff that leave you handwritten notes, a nice touch

Stylish decor and furnishings. Small but lovely swimming pool area. Attentive staff. Easy walk into town with lots of shops and restaurants. Great food choices for breakfast. Easy to get taxis to beaches or other sites of interest.

There are many noises of motorcycles at night. I hope to strengthen the sound insulation. I believe it is a perfect hotel.

Everything 😃 Usually, when travelling we book decent budget rooms but as we’re travelling for a few months we thought we’d treat ourselves. Wow, the whole experience here was truly wonderful. The entire staff at Verdigris are just fantastic. Above and beyond to make your stay there every bit of a delightful experience. The breakfast was sensational every day. We had a selection from the western menu (croissants/greek yogurt/fuits) and a selection from the Thailand breakfast which was my absolute favourite! Dim Sum one morning and the following two mornings we had Thai fermented fish salad with a mushroom soup to go with it. Just divine 😙👌🏼 The rooms are immaculate as too is the whole hotel. With quiet space for you to relax in the reading room (also great if working) or by the beautiful pool. As inviting as this was, we didn’t have an opportunity to utilise these but now wish we had. We would absolutely stay here again. It was wonderful and thank you to all of the staff who made us feel so welcome. 🙏🏼 😊

I can’t fault the hotel but it is close to a road and there can be some road noise if you are a light sleeper.

Everything you could expect from a boutique hotel is here, I loved all the personal touches, handwritten notes and little bedtime treats that were served with the turndown service. Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice.

This beautiful boutique hotel gave us the perfect start to our holiday in Thailand. On arrival from an overnight flight, there was no questions asked about getting into our room we were given a welcome juice and then immediately shown to beautifully decorated room. It had a lovely bathroom and comfortable bed. We managed to sleep for a short time before taking a walk round the town which was easily accessible by foot. Not only did get hand written notes from the hotel about the weather for the next day but my wife also received a cake and card for her birthday. The breakfast was wonderful and tailor made to your requests and also offered assurances that no left over food would be wasted. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The wonderful earthy aromatic smell upon arrival at reception. The staff were super friendly and welcome us with excellent service, particularly carrying our luggage. Absolutely stunning infusion interior design of Peranakan and Parisian stylish. A gorgeous afternoon tea with cookies, provided along with a little cute card. Excellent hospitality service including; a selection of Peranakan and western breakfast, also the recommendation of choosing your own cravings needs.

The road out front is loud all night long with traffic

The service !!!!! Every little detail like hand written cards with your evening tea or personalised named menu in the morning. The staff anticipate every need. The mini bar is fully stocked and complementary . The breakfast is amazing. The koi fish and pool area breath taking . The bed is sooooo comfy . Location 4 min walk to Main Street .
