the bungalows look nothing like the photos. door didn’t lock which was unacceptable. there was mould on the walls and toilet was horrible. location was awful so far away from anything, felt like it was in the middle of no where. we stayed there for an hour whilst booking somewhere else and checked out.

the ac was quite aggressive but still grateful it had ac in the first place so cannot complain. had a lovely stay here would 100% recommend. as 2 female travellers we felt safe and that was most important.

Room felt like it was on the road as we weren’t in the main building. Noisy people at night. Old half used water bottles in fridge. Cigarette butts flicked outside our door in the night.

Great location, in a quiet place but very central right inbetween the two beaches. The bungalows are very clean and have good AC. The view from the pool is amazing.

We didn't get the room we had booked. We booked a double room with with a balcony and we got a room on the ground floor of a different apartment block. This block of rooms was pretty run down. There was pen drawings on the walls of the room and the room was really dingy inside. The room didn't look at all like the photos. The water in the shower was cold. There were a lot of mosquitos in the room and right outside the door as its high up on the hill. We didn't get told where the swimming pool area was or given any information.

The hotel is set away from the noisy bar areas so it was quiet at night which is what we wanted but still in good walking distance down the hill.

Every big room! Nice bed, a lot of space. Bathroom was clean and big. No noise. Perfect! You can make use of the pool of another hotel. Which is very nice!

Pee in the toilet, fingernails in sink. I sat on the edge of the bed til 5am waiting to leave early as I'd arrived too late in the day to change anything. Not all bad, I watched the sunrise from the harbour which was nice and it led me to book another hotel which was brilliant. I don't like to leave negative reviews because it could have been exclusive to my experience. I did lose 3 nights worth of money and since then I only book 1 or 2 nights at a time which is a good solution anyway when travelling so lesson learnt. They did apologise and I knew they took it as constructive criticism when I spoke to them and I doubt the same would happen again to be fair. I had to leave a review as per booking.com prompting me to, otherwise I was going to let it be.

A disgusting smell came from the toilette, so we asked help to the staff and they came to cleaning in less than 2 minutes. After that, it was just ok but at least they helped us. After that, the a/c stop working, so we had to ask help again, shortly the staff came to check whats happening, but they only turned off the power and then on again. This worked only for 1 hour and then happened again, and because this happened at late night, we had to turn the power off and on, but then the a/c only worked for 30 minutes. We ended sleeping witouth help and without a/c. We get it, it's a cheap hotel and we don't expect much, but the really problem was that the owner or manager speaked to us and said that the fault was ours, because we used the a/c in 11 degrees (imposible because the min. Is 17 degrees) and more excuses, and it was clear that wasn't the problem. I would not recommend this hotel never.

Very very bad quality. The position is remote from both beach and town centre, also hard to locate due to no signs leading to the reception, which has no desk. The stuff, or better, the people taking care of the structure, don't speak much english. They didn't even disturb themselves to show us around. We had to ask them about the swimming pool, which was very far from our building. Our room was a Bungalow with private toilet and "garden view". There was no garden and the only window was cracked. The lack of cleanliness was unacceptable: - Stains everywhere on the walls and on the floor - hair and dust all around the bedroom and the bathroom proving that it wasn't properly cleaned - worst of all a huge crockroach showed up in the bathroom during the night. Luckly we only stayed one night, however this was the most expensive accommodation during our month in Thailand. Stay away.

- we felt it was quite misleading to show the images they do online . we were asked if we wanted a higher or lower room and chose higher. but our room was still an absolute hike away from the pool, and still didn’t have a view because of overgrown foliage. the view from the pool is amazing however - no ladies toilet by the pool either and it’s very clearly not maintained (rubbish lying around, dirty sun beds and by one side of the pool there is an area of stagnant water which attracts lots of bugs) - the beds aren’t comfy at all you can feel the springs digging into your back - house keeping: the main issue we had with this hotel was their refusal to clean our room. we booked a 5 night stay and asked for our room to be cleaned on the second day as it had got sandy, even in the bed. they came and replenished toilet roll etc but did not change or make the bed, nor did they give us clean towels. we asked again for the room to be cleaned on the 4th day and was told “no you had it cleaned yesterday”. which wasn’t true, and we needed it doing even more so this time as we had completely ran out of toilet roll. they gave us attitude and eventually agreed to clean our room but again didn’t actually do any cleaning. just made the bed (without changing sheets) and folded our already dirty towels. for a more premium priced hotel I would expect the room cleaning and fresh towels. we would never expect or ask for it to be done everyday but especially for an island resort to clean the sand out of the room I think it’s important

The access to the room is slippery because there are not really steps so it's dangerous when you have flip flops.

It's clean and comfortable, the balcony is a great point. The swimming pool is very nice !
