I did not like the quite deep step down into the bathroom, which provided some difficulties as I have a hip problem. I also think the rooms need to be renovated, and the main doors especially need to be fixed so they slide better and close more securely. I was pretty surprised that for a hotel that is quite popular, breakfast was not available until 09.30 each day which is too darn late for those who work and so for anyone. staying there for work, perhaps take the no breakfast option and stroll down the drive to get your breakfast.

I loved this hotel and its picturesque setting. With wonderful large trees providing for natural filtered sunlight to stream into the courtyard area. I like that it has a coffee shop/restaurant operating throughout the day and a lot of seating around the hotel complex. The room is quite large, and the lighting is sufficient for someone working there. There is a comfortable area to sit and work in the room, while outside the room, I had a ground floor unit, a small balcony with a small table, and a couple of seats where you can sit and enjoy the garden and trees. Staff here are super friendly and helpful, which adds to the pleasure of staying here. The location is also excellent, with only a short walk to restaurants, bars, and malls.

The rooms are showing a bit of wear and tear and would benefit from an upgrade. The rooms still held their old world charm.

The location was perfect, close to everything. The room was comfortable with a beautiful big balcony. The staff were very helpful and happy. A very enjoyable stay, I will be back.

The refrigerator also turns off when you remove the room key which is most unusual. Quite a few barking dogs in the next door property.

Quiet location, easy access to town, nice food selection at the Cafe and friendly staff.

The bathroom was quite basic, with no shower screen, a loose showerhead and poor water pressure.

Water flow not stable. Some parts of the flor in 303 were tore. TV was sub par.

The staff came across as unfriendly, maybe due to their insecurity of not speaking English. The toilet in my room was not working properly, half an hour later a man came to the room and replaced the shower head !! I mentioned to him that it was the toilet that was not working. He then managed to get the cistern to fill with water and left promptly after testing the toilet once. However, the repair did not last, and the toilet continued to run water into the bowl rather than the cistern. So after every use, I needed to remove the cover and pull the plunger up so the cistern would fill. The shower head also sprayed water everywhere from the hose connection. In some ways, it is all quite amusing how things get lost in translation (even with goggle translate 😄.)

The pool was nice, and the location was quiet. Good size room. The hotel is quite elegant with the courtyard but needs a bit more TLC, as everything is slightly worn and falling apart.

Pool was out of action for 3 of the 4 nights, but pool maintenance crew were very pleasant and informative. Loud noises all night from water transfer system. Rooms definitely in need of some renovation.

Breakfast was very average (particularly for a non-Thai). Other meals were okay.

Room​ facilities, under expectation​ compare​ to​ the​ price.​ No​ breakfast but​ the​ price​ included breakfast.​ Booking​ via Booking.com has​ so​ many​ fraud information​ about​ this​ hotel.​

Location and​ environment​ are​ all​ right.​
