The free tea is Lipton. That's possibly the only thing I can imagine anyone having a problem with. I don't mind Lipton. There is also a big supermarket nearby if you need to get some PG Tips or something similar.

I've reviewed this place before. I really love it, and will stay there again. The staff are super friendly. It's also quite a sociable place as every room has a little table and chairs outside. In the evening, it's not uncommon to strike up a conversation with another guest.

Love it. Not my first time staying here, and won't be my last. I think I've stayed there four or five times over the years. Super friendly staff. Great value. Some people might think the location is not wonderful, but it's close enough to walk, or to take a motorcycle taxi if you're tired, to the beach and other attractions.

Bed very comfortable. Located in a quiet backstreet area. Room was well insulated for general noise in communal area. Refridgerator. Pool area great place to hang out. Plenty of communal seating outside the rooms. For the price I paid all this was exceptional value for Pattaya.

Nice resort with swimming pool. Helpful staff (My room's air conditioner was cooling slowly and the issue was resolved by staff witrhin few hours) Quiet location (I am a light sleeper, I had no problems sleeping at night because of no traffic noise or loud music from bars). Mattress was comfortable, neither too soft nor too hard. Nice parking space in the resort. Complimentary tea or coffee every morning. Great value for money.

Large rooms and bathroom. Nice pool. Bottled water, soap, and toilet paper in rooms. Desk under big mirror and additional desk in room and outside room as well as loungers by pool.

The hotel staff was very friendly and check in was very smooth. The room was prepared and was clean. Almost 2-3 Kms from the walking street and pattaya beach. Value for money.

All personnel are smiling, honest and close. I loved them They speak English well. Room cleaning everyday and they give water and all the time you can take cold water, hot coffee,tea next to reception The location is great, silent because it is not on the road. You can hear small birds'voices and it's great.i will be there again. I feel like I'm at home.

Everything was cool!! Absolutely nice and lovely staff!! Good rooms, good bed, clean pool. We sleep all time to long, but cleaning the room in the afternoon always no problem if needed!!! We didn't know before, but it was a lucky choice and a nice time here,...thanks for the 3 weeks, we wish it could be longer!! Definitely come again!!! Warm regards.Sven,Maciej and Richie.

The price-quality ratio is excellent. Friendly staff, clean room and bathroom. There was a hairdryer and a kettle in the room, as well as clean linen and towels. Normal WiFi , each room has its own table outside , there is a swimming pool on site

I stayed four nights without reveiving a refreshment of room and change of towels. Got new towels on demand though.

High standard for a reasonable price. Clean spacious rooms and it was clean. Everything in room was working.

Them fast little Thai ants but a little ant spray took care of them.

The old lady who works late at night is very sweet kind and helpful. Will miss her when I leave.
