The swiming pool was excellent and clean. The pool time was from 10 am to 10 pm, which was good. But some people are early bird like me and would like to use the pool after 6 am. I did not permit myself to break the regulation of the pool.

The cleanness of the whole property and specially my room. The cleaning every day and arranging the room was excellent. Some days I told, the room is clean you do not need to clean it or arrange it.

This place is an oasis iin the storm 10 mins from the action but far enough away for a peaceful nights sleep Beds so comfy Very friendly staff Cleaned daily Close to all the realky nice restaurants all the Thais use Stayed here for 2 weeks i wouldnt do that unless it was all of the above

This was an amazing resort though it is a bit out of the way you can resolve this with bolt

pool and area around it is small and sun only on it for half the day. but really not that big deal when everything else is great here

Excellent value for money. Only 15 minute walk to Central Pattaya. Excellent staff, both management and housekeeping. Great pool and good WiFi. I think this hotel gives the best value in Pattaya.

The pool is a little small, but having a pool at these prices is quite unusual. It's a little difficult to find. Perhaps a sign at the entrance to the soi would be a good idea, but it wasn't really a problem.

Lovely little place far enough away from the attractions to be quiet, but close enough to walk (for me, anyway), or take a cheap motorcycle. Staff are very nice. Very friendly. I stayed an extra couple of days. I would definitely stay there again if I visit Pattaya in the future.

- the pool is rather tiny - there is a step inside the room and I believe it should be marked in a visible way. I hit it multiple times before learning it's there

- a hidden gem, I felt kinda sad I was there for only one night - friendly staff - really spacious room, with separate living room and bed room - two separate ACs - big terrace

Just the long walk

Excellent stay very friendly helpful staff. Room good size very comfortable bed. Nice swimming pool. Local people in area very friendly. Only disappointment was a good walk into pattaya but still okay

It would have been better if there had been toothpaste and toothbrushes in the bathroom. Beside from that, nothing at all. I really enjoyed myself there

Very hospitable and helpful owners. Although we dont speak the same language, the owners still tried to help us in every way they could. I can feel the warmth and their kindness. Although we only stayed for a couple of days, I really felt like it was my own home. Thank you so much for all the help!
