Fabulous stay! Everything was perfect. The cleanest property (worldwide) I have ever been to. It was very quiet even with pools in each vila. Shops and restaurants are very near. Staff is great, always going the extra mile. Everyone, the shuttle driver, the security, the reception. Thank you!

There is absolutely nothing that we did not like.

The place is like a little corner of one own’s paradise. The villa is spacious, with an amazing design, just like in the photos (or even better than in the photos). It exceeded our expectations. There is high quality in every detail. We enjoyed the pool in the morning while having our coffee and even at night before going to sleep :). The complex of villas is located in one of the most beautiful areas of phuket, at the entrance in Laguna Complex. The road to the beach passes, which is of approx 3 km, passes through a wonderful area, with luxury hotels, parks and good infrastructure. The beach is one of the most beautiful beaches I have seen, in a natural reservation, not crowded, quiet and surrounded by vegetation. The italian restaurant nearby is very good and they deliver directly to the villa. Plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, coffee shops, pastries in the area.

We booked 3 bedrooms villa with 2 bathrooms and 1 powder room. The whole Villa is very new and clean. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a laundry area. The TV has YouTube and Netflix features which we enjoyed it. Love that they have shuttle service to bring us to the nearby restaurants and beach. There is a supermarket too. The service is excellent. May and the other staffs has been so helpful! 👌🏻 Appreciate that they prepared some dessert for my bday. We download the app called BOLT to help us get transportation (car or van). We didn't have to wait too long for the car each time we ordered one. Paying by cash is possible.

we didn’t like the feeling of the gated community so much but it’s more a issue for Phuket than for this villa, so not really a critic on the place self.

amazing villa, there is everything you need. kitchen is well equipped and there is also a washing machine. 2 bathrooms and a restroom. Swimming pool is perfect, especially for small kids.

stayed in a “2bed rm villa w pool” w my family in December.. we loved e place. stuff is friendly. esp Nana who checked on us everynite for next mornings bkfast & little details eg. Netflix- for kids was told there was a shuttle to e beach. but we didnt make use of that. just a short distance was e amenities/cafes/ restaurants even a big supermart… will definitely book this villa again. for its privacy/ friendly stuff & great location!

Absolutely exceptional from start to finish, the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly! Perfect location [10-15 minutes walking from nice restaurants and coffee shops], wide & clean rooms, & cosy beds. My kids loved the swimming pool. Many thanks to Nana, she was so helpful as she arranged our transportation from/to airport. Also she did a great work in organizing our activities plan. I stayed with my family for 10 nights and every day was full of great activities… My kids were so happy! I have been in Phuket many times, but never been aware of Horse or Elephant ride on the beach… Thanks again to Nana for her support and making our stay amazing one. Wonderful stay… Definitely recommended!

Pillows could be more comfortable.

Villa is well-equipped; comes with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, spacious bedrooms and attached bathrooms. Nice swimming pool, not too deep for young children. Villa is located near Boat Avenue and about 5-10min walk away from eateries as well as Fri night market. Porto de Phuket is about 15 to 20 min walk.

There could be more timings for the shuttle bus service.

We had a wonderful stay thanks to Nana who made sure all our needs were met and even recommended several nearby eateries for meals. As we arrived at dinner time she ensured our room service order, including a special request for my baby, was confirmed and served promptly. The villa was fully furnished with a well equipped kitchen so we couldn’t ask for more. Breakfast and other room service meals were also delicious. The pool was lovely. We had to catch an early departure flight and Nana sent us packed bread the night before which was so thoughtful. I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends!

The rooms being separated made it difficult for families with young children. Also the villa cleaning service is not thorough enough, like the rooms are not swept and cleaned aside from making the bed and refilling amenities

The information provided on Booking.com stated that there were 3 en-suite bedrooms. To our dismay, one of the bedrooms did not have any washrooms. At the end, my brother and I had to stay in the same room. Moreover, the pool was only 1.2 m deep so it’s not really for swimming.

We opted for this Villa based on its good and convenient location. The design and the decor of the Villa exceeded our expectation. The management was helpful and excellent.

I didn't like the layout of the villa. The children's room has no bathroom and is seperated from the parent's room by a pool. Hardly safe.. it is also very difficult to move around the villa comfortably. The breakfast is very lacking and was delivered cold and late.. not many halal options The location seems like an area for residents and not tourists. We have to take bolt to reach to tourists attractions. Approximately a 30-45 minute ride from anything.

-The villa was very clean. -I liked the ladies working in the spa. They were very good and accommodating.The main reason that prevented me from completely disliking the place. -The ladies at the reception listened to all our requests.. very friendly staff -it's way smaller than shown in the pictures. Very uncomfortable for 6 ppl even though it is a 3 bedroom villa.
