- I would like to take a shower on the territory of the villa to wash before and after the outdoor pool - It is clear that the villa itself is not new, but it's not critical :) - The shampoo and gel containers were not filled in the bathroom on the second floor (but I forgot to mention it every time :) These minor flaws did not affect the overall impression. I wrote them as a recommendation.

We have been to Thailand 4 times. This time the villa was the nicest, but also the most expensive. It is large, 4 bedrooms with a toilet and a bathroom in each. A huge living area on the second floor. Great for a big family! There is also a breakfast area and an outdoor seating area. The pool is huge. It's not private! 5 more houses around have access to it. However, it turned out to be quite normal! Anyway, a private pool couldn't be that big! Breakfast was served every morning for the whole family - it was already included in the price! It's very convenient! The most pleasant impression is the staff led by Que! Que and his team have done everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible! He is very responsive and friendly, like most people in Thailand! The cleaning was made every single day! The eldest daughter had a birthday and Que organized flowers and a birthday cake! It was very sweet! The area where the villa is located is not as elite as the Lagoon, but everything is nearby - the beach is 7-10 minutes on foot. We still rented a car, but if you want, you can do without a car! Surin beach is very nice! We also went to other beaches, but in fact the nearest one is quite enough. So, I hope we will come back again! To have wonderful vacation and see Que and his beautiful little son :)

They made great breakfast every morning. We also ordered dinner which was absolutely amazing. The house was cleaned carefully every day. The proximity of one of the lower floor bedrooms to the next villa’s dining area. But this is more to do with the property developer’s design. Mr Que took care of it really well to the best of his ability. It was almost always quiet and peaceful throughout our stay and the pool felt like a private pool.

Mr Que and his team made everything wonderful. They took such good care of us and made our stay so comfortable and welcoming. Special thanks to Mr Que for always sorting out everything for us and always responding promptly with so much initiative. The daily breakfast was delicious. The arranged massages, dinner and birthday cake really made us feel so pampered. It was a wonderful place to spend time as an extended family. All our requests were exceeded.

The location of the property was fantastic. The staff was exceptional. They provided breakfast every morning. We purchased a dinner with them, and it was phenomenal. The procured transportation for a couple days for our entire group. I cannot say enough good things about the staff.

Great house with nice, big daily cleaned, shared pool. Close to stores and a few street/local restaurants. 15 minutes walking distance from nearest beach - Surin. Breakfast was freshly made every morning and matched all our expectations. Mr. Q, our host, was exceptional and always available to help us with our requests and questions. We had a great stay at Villa in the Park and can recommend his place without any doubts. This is the place to stay at when you are in Surin area!

Damage deposit is only in cash and the amount wasn't clear when booked. I would prefer to deposit by card/transfer and that the amount is mentioned directly when booked. Then again, the deposit was returned in good order.

Are you in a group and want to experience a 5 star housing but do not want an ordinary hotel? Then this is the place for you. Incredible luxurious Villa with 4 bedrooms each with their own bathroom, spacious living room on the first floor and a beautiful salt water swimming pool shared with 5 other villa's. On arrival met by property manager mr. Que and his team who will give you the feeling that you have come home. The Villa is kept clean on daily base. Breakfast is provided and to be adjusted if desired. Mr. Que also provides guidance and arranges excursions if wanted. The villa is located nearby local shops, restaurants, and Surin beach is on walking distance. Transport to other beaches and towns can be arranged by mr. Que or you can reserve one yourself by Grab or take a Tuk Tuk. A TukTuk station is located near Surin beach. A stay at the Villa is highly recommended.

If I had to be really critical then the kitchen fridge could be a little colder - Que did arrange an outside freezer for us which was nice, but that ended up being too cold and our drinks exploded!

Our family had an amazing stay at Villa in the Park. Que and his team went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible experience, particularly on the day of my brother's wedding where we held a reception BBQ at the villa after the ceremony. Breakfast was served every morning and was more than enough for my family and me, many of whom are big eaters. We requested banana pancakes one morning and they were happy to accomodate this. Que and his team made sure the rooms were cleaned every morning and the fridges stocked with bottled water, which was a great touch after a long day out in the sun. The villa itself was amazing - it has lovely varnished wooden floors throughout and nice high ceilings in the living room, with a balcony surrounding the upper floors where we did yoga one morning. Each room has an ensuite and shower. The pool area was fantastic - rarely was there more than one or two guests from the other villas in the pool so it still feels very private even though shared with other villas. The outside seating area is also great for relaxing or reading a book and the dining area is nice and big for breakfast or evening meals. I can't rate this highly enough and we were all very sad to be leaving - if you are considering this place, I would highly recommend.

Nong the property host did not answer my message about the arrival difficulties even though we could not stay at the villa the first night due to an electrical fire.

Lovely villa in great location. Swimming pool was beautiful. Que the Manager was exceptional in dealing with the difficulties we encountered on arrival. All the staff were brilliant. This was an oasis in busy location.

Nothing bad about the property, for the price it is worth the stay. Floor is very clean but slippery, don’t wear socks to walk around.

Spacious, have a nice large pool (shared). Good air conditioning system making it a great stay too
