The only negative was some water issues which are being fixed - awaiting parts. But the other aspects of the villa made up for this minor inconvenience.

Alex the host was fantastic. Couldn't do enough to help us and was always available if we needed help with anything at all. The villa is beautiful - most fantastic view and the pool is refreshing after a hot day out. The pool table was such a great inclusion and the kids used it every day. Jam, the villa assistant, made the kids pancakes every morning and kept the villa clean and fresh every day without being intrusive. It was a fantastic stay!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Jacuzzi, and I must say that it was hands down the best accommodation experience I have ever had! From the moment we arrived, warmly welcomed by our incredible host, Alex. Alex truly went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. He is a true professional and an amazing host - friendly, helpful, and always ensuring everything was perfect for us. The villa itself was stunning, with top-notch facilities and a beautiful environment that made us feel right at home. The our stay was definitely the luxurious Jacuzzi, where we could relax after a long day of exploring the city. Regret is that we couldn't stay longer! Location is up the hills so travelling around is a small hassle but Alex made that seamless as well so don't worry !

Alex was an extremely warm host, House is as advertised great views, very spacious and nice up in the hills. Alex made the stay a time to remember and will definitely recommend this place and return in the future

Just a perfect stay. The location is breathtaking, amazing sea views from both floors. The host is extremely welcoming and helpfulful about any little detail. the house was super clean and very well organized the interiors are like lobby of a big hotel and it is exactly like the pictures that we have seen. We loved the pool, the jacuzzi, the big screen tv, the sound system, the pool table , the beds, and the feeling of being at home. the host did respond in minutes to anything, ... i would recommend this villa to my very best friend without any doubt...

Nothing, all was amazing

Amazing villa, has the real wow factor! Had all the amenities we needed and more. Stunning views, I'd book just for that! Lovely and clean. Alex was the most amazing host, couldn't do enough for us he truly was the best host/owner we have encountered. Do not hesitate to book!

We had an amazing stay at Alex’s his Villa, it was mega gorgeous. The villa had great views, the pool and jacuzzi were very good, just as the pictures. Alex was easily the best host I have ever had. Helpful, kind and in for a joke. I highly recommend staying here. One thing: it is not accessible by walking, so you should rent a scooter or taxi (Alex will help you with renting).

We were concerned at first about the steep hill but as the owner assured us, it was no problem on our scooters and worth it for the spectacular views.

Stunning views! Great lay out! Fans everywhere and perfect AC. Super caring and accommodating host, very available to help with anything. Great LR TV and sound system. Fun to have pool table, foosball and jacuzzi. We loved the edge less pool too. All super private.

-we found some dishes unclean in dishwasher but no big deal - we washed them -bathrooms had bad odour but unfortunately this is the norm in thailand we realised and not owners fault

-Really friendly owner who went above and beyond and was always contactable. -Amazing views -Large accomodation -Pool table was a great addition -swimming pool was a good size but could do with a little extra clean round edges for algae but it was stunning with the view -a very enjoyable stay with a fantastic host.

how slippy the floors got after being in the pool 😂 luckily we thought ahead and laid down towels to prevent any accidents

the view from the villa was amazing and having the infinity pool just topped it off! As we where in a big group the pool table and foosball was perfect to keep us entertained. Alex the property manager was amazing from the beginning, always there when we needed him, offering lifts, cleaning the villa and providing recommendations of places to visit whilst we where in Koh Samui. (and also allowing us to baby sit his two adorable puppies 🥰) Having Alex there just made the stay perfect, we didn’t expect to get so lucky with a amazing villa and amazing host. Definitely would stay here again :D
