Property is in a lovely estate just outside Choeng Mon Beach. In the hotter months it’s not really feasible to walk back, so it’s definitely worth having a plan to hire a car / scooters - or to just rely on Grab Transport or Taxi’s.

Really nice facilities. Great for a relaxing break with the family. Lovely pool in the garden surrounded by trees and wildlife. Daily tips and suggestions from Ryan were really useful.

The neighbourhood rooster woke us up early in the morning for the first week (not the accommodations fault!). The villa itself could use some cosmetic touch ups but nothing major.

Ryan was very helpful and the villa was perfect for our needs. It was quiet and private and perfect for a group of 6. We would stay here again given the chance.

Beautiful villa. Maybe it's not clear from the description, or maybe I wasn't reading properly before booking, but I wasn't aware that a villa is actually three separate smaller buildings, with bedrooms and living room - and it's an amazing arrangement. Pool was great, breakfast was a nice touch and Ryan (the host and owner) went absolutely above and beyond to make us have a great holiday. I've been in quite a few private villas with pools around the world, but I think this one tops them all.

We loved our stay at the villa. We spent 6 family members a pleasant time there. Beautiful garden, spacipus villa. Every morning breakfast. Nice beach walking distance. Ryan very helpful and kind. A overall super experience. We will come back.

The sheer size of the place was incredible! They came with breakfast every morning, fruit, bread, Milk, yoghurt. And we just supplemented with what we wanted additionally. And they had a coffee machine, so much better than instant coffee. Very quiet area, not many loud noises during evening/night only wildlife 😁. Only 5 minute walk to a "night market" with good options aswell, highly recommend.

We as a Family with 2 children booked Villa 2 with 3 nice Bungalows each with private bathroom/ Air Con and main building with very well equipped kitchen and big living room, good for a private massage. We appreciated much the private, refreshing pool and the surrounding Garden area with birds and even a squirrel in a Safe Region of the amazing island. But the absolute Highlight of our Trip have been Ryans proposals and suggestions To discover the Island and its beautiness. This was extraordinary and gets a 12/10: . amazing.. never got that before and I saw a Lot of countries. Thanks a lot Ryan..

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel where Ryan was the host, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, Ryan's warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel right at home. The hotel itself was immaculate, with well-appointed rooms and top-notch amenities. Would be good to do something with a smell from sewage that can be felt in bathrooms and bedrooms. All the rest very good, we recommend that.

Nice pool villas. Clean and comfortable. Helpful host. Rather basic furnishings and kitchen equipment, but for us it was enough, especially washing machine. Villas may have different equipment as we observed.

Beautiful huge villa, 3 detached buildings (kitchen-living room), master bedroom, 2-beds 2-room bedroom for 4 people. On the territory there is a beautiful large swimming pool (about 5x15 meters), sun beds, armchairs, an umbrella for sun protection, a towel dryer, outdoor shower, barbecue. The territory of the villa is a tropical garden, lots of greenery, flowers. The territory of the villa is fenced from all sides, not visible from the street. The territory of the villa is well maintained, all the greenery is in excellent condition, all in flowers. The villa is located in a protected area, very quiet. Cleaning of the premises, linen change every 3 days, cleaning of the villa daily. Breakfast was served in the kitchen around 8-30 am. The maid brought groceries and cooked breakfast: 4 types of sliced fruits, yoghurts, bread, butter, milk and cereals. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment for cooking: gas stove, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, large refrigerator. There were all the necessary dishes of good quality. The villa is located about a 7-minute walk from the street with shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, massage parlors. There are also several currency exchange offices, the rate is much higher than at the airport. You can change money at least daily, as much as you need. In general, we really enjoyed our stay at the villa itself, we went to the sea only 2 times in 9 days))
