Amazing property with breathtaking view. Really comfy and also great and responsive service. It is high in the hill but that’s normal if you are up for great sunset with a view on the bay.

I would like to suggest cleaning the villa while we are not at home. We were offered cleaning while we were resting at noon. We refused because it was not convenient.

This is the second time we have chosen this hotel. We really liked everything. This is a stunning place with amazing views of the bay. The staff is very helpful and polite. The villa has everything for a comfortable life. We will recommend this villa to friends and will definitely return.

The way up to the Villa is very very steep, you need to take a taxi, or a motorbike if you dare. The roads were under construction and I wouldn't have been comfortable to ride a motorcycle there. So the location is a bit away from things but you can order food or take a taxi/bike into town anytime.

We had an amazing holiday at Villas Del Sol. The Villa was absolutely beautiful with stunning views over shark bay. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we enjoyed every minute of our 7 night stay here. We are already planning our return to beautiful Koh Tao and would definitly stay here again. The staff was so helpful - they provided us with a number of a taxi driver that drove us everywhere, they ordered us food, booked us trips, picked us up from the pier and drove us back there - the villa was cleaned every day - service was amazing. The taxi driver was on call for us pretty much 24 hours a day and we booked him for a trip around the island one day.

The air-con units are not enough to fight the hot hours of the day. It works great during night time.

The staff is very nice and helpful. The view from the villa is fantastic. Snorkeling at Shark Bay is great - you will see very friendly turtles. The pool helps during very hot hours during the day.

I loved the cat that was living with us😄 view from villa is incredible. Stuff is super helpful, super friendly, super super really. You need to walk to the beach by stairs, but I like it🤣 there is such good snorkeling in this island and so many good beaches. I loved fully our stay, and gonna miss this villa so much , Talk to paky she made this stay unbelievable, she booked us all what we needed for coming to the island till going back to other islands and bike rent all she organized , my wife had her birthday so she arranged flowers balloons 🎈 and cake made it super cute very detailed and good person

One of the most awesome views during our 6 weeks Indochina trip. Great spot for snorkeling and scuba diving. Good from the both restaurants is super good. Order breakfast from cafe del sol is highly recommended!

This is paradise on earth! Nothing less. We have travellled a LOT. And there is no place like this place. We had a very comfortable stay. The beds were very comfortable, we had lots of space- the view is exceptional, this is by far the most beautiful spot on the Island. Very friendly hosts. Every staff member seamed to be there just for us. Dinner served in less than 30 minutes by take away at the restaurant del sol- good food as well. Massage at the house in 10 minutes after we called. Amazing massage at reasonable prices. Driver there at the spot, and he was a carefull driver and very attentive to our needs and showed around the entire Island as well as complimentary pick up and drop off at the pier. They have free coffe, tea and drinking water and snorkeling gear to loan, and guys- you need it here because it is some of the best snorkeling you can imagine, with babysharks and giant turtles and rainbow fish- at your doorstep. Five minutes walk to shark bay. Yes- there are downsides. (or for some upsides- our tweens ans teens loved this part) You are living in the jungle. You will see lots of scolopenders, ants, frogs and gekkoes. We even had a friendly spider visit. But it is all part of the Experience, and as long as you keep the doors closed and clear out your plates, you wont be troubled. Thank you so much for this amazing stay- a memory for life, and we will be coming back! And ps- there is even more to explore, they have yoga classes in house, diving lessons- tours, you name it. They even have nettflix- and good wifi, which is insane, as you are basically on an Island- in the jungle. Go- just go!

The facility is a bit old, the swimming pump was broken after 6days stay, so there were many dead insects. AC is working but loud. I asked the cost of shark bay before coming and the response was 'free', but realistic is if staying the beach, no matter how long, 100B/person. that's why review score is '9'., sorry...

It is great and amazing view from the room and drinking water, the infinity swimming pool, the cleaner does great job everyday, Netflix, free internet, close to the shark bay (walking for 10 min), the size of room. we loved it.

Everything! We had the most incredible few nights in the two bedroom villa. The view is insanely beautiful. We hired a scooter which was great to zip around the island and into town as the villa is a little out of the way (which was the appeal for us) would highly recommend!

Only one umbrella for a three bedroom villa is not enough.

The villa is beautiful, pool and view are unbeatable and the location is perfect. Very quiet but still near the pier and main area where many restaurants are located. Extremely friendly and professional check in and check out procedure.

Amazing flat, amazing view, everything was absolutely perfect. They picked us up from the airport, explained everything for us. The flat is on the hill so you have a beautiful view but it's a little bit away from the supermarket etc. You can rent a scooter and they will bring it to the flat and will catch it there as well.

The bed needs a mosquito net, or any mosquito protection, as we didn’t sleep with air conditioning and the mosquitoes bit us big time. We don’t drive motorbikes, the road to the hotel is the stiffest I’ve ever seen, cab price is arranged 300baths, but you need to think that transportation to the village is an additional cost, minimum 600baths per day, if you go out for dinner 1200 baths, that’s about 30€ more. Everything. Outstanding view, fabulous room layout, you could open all windows, all facing the sea view. Having a shower looking at the sea. The pool… I spent 2 days in that pool. Villa solana, 2 terraces, big living room area, kitchen(we didn’t used it), handy fridge, powerful speaker, Aircon and ceiling fans. Staff, professional and helpful, offering transportation or any service you can think of: massages in the room (we had them!), delivery food options (there is no restaurant), etc.

The AC in one of the rooms is really loud so you had to turn it off during the night. The location is a bit off. You need a taxi to get to most places but fortunately Mr. Liam was always available.

It is a beautiful villa, the outdoor area is really nice and the view is perfect. The beds were really comfortable and the rooms were clean. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Mr. Liam is great, he could always pick us up when needed.
