How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Not for people that want an early night.
Location is ideal. Bang in the middle of Khaosan Road. If you wanna party all night long, this is a good stop over for you

I can not fault this hotel only that it's extremely exposed to all the night life music and noise.
This place is situated in a KhaoSan road ,its perfect if you are looking to party hard all night and go to bed at 6 in the morning, because you won't get sleep in this hotel because of a very very very loud music, and I mean that it's like sleeping with a loud speaker and party finishes probably around 6 .

I booked months in advance asking for a quiet room as had stayed here before and knew the front was very noisy. On arrival they had allocated us a room at the front which is the noisiest area. They offered to cancel the booking on arrival but that wasn’t much use as only there 3 days

No lift in the part where I booked but not problem for me ,but not good for person with bad legs.

The noise. They did warn me before I checked in, but it was unbearable. Music started at about 8:30pm and didn’t stop until 5-5:30am. I felt like I was in the club. Unless you’re a very heavy sleeper, I wouldn’t recommend this place - which is a shame, because I liked it apart from that.
The rooftop pool was beautiful, and there are plenty of food and shops around.

Great location if you wanna be close to Khaosan Road and bars for going out during the night. During the day it’s lovely, less people obviously and pretty chill street ; and during the evenings it’s time to party ! Small room ; You can sometimes hear people going in or out of the rooms but that’s ok, the party in the street lasts until 3.30/4.00 in the morning usually but if you have your windows closed it’s fine (we left our bathroom window opened and we could hear when we were inside, outside with the door closed it was all good !). AC inside, which is a plus because it’s very hot ! Swimming pool is perfect 👌🏼

The noise from the bars next store. It was so loud until early into the morning.
The property was good, with a nice shower and bed. The roof top pool made the whole stay feel top notch. The noise was too much though. It was so loud and the party didn’t end until 1am. If you are looking to bump and grind and party all night long, come here. Otherwise, skip the stay.

Harder than average mattress. No closet or drawers for clothes. But the biggest negative was extremely loud, pulsating music that lasted until about 5 am. That is why I rated the location so low. It was Halloween night. Maybe on another night it would not have been so bad.

The location is next to the noisiest discos on Khao san rd. The Thai dance music did not stop until 4am!!!! Extremely loud noise levels, absurd to listen at safe volume.
The swimming pool was nice on top of the hotel. Room was clean.

-Staff wasn’t really welcoming and treated us like Kids (we are old enough btw). Also it gets really loud until 4-5 am and the AC only has 1 mode so it gets cold over the night.
Good location if u plan to go out to Khaosan Road, nice Rooftop pool with beautiful skyline.

Very basic property but for the price it was worth it! Just be aware you are right in the middle of Khaosan Road so unless you are planning on staying up all night till the music goes off you won’t be able to sleep. The pool is nice and the rooms are very clean.
