Would be nice to have towel hangers close to sink in bathroom

Everything was amazing, we really enjoyed staying here. Very nice and helpful personnel, they fixed any issues very quickly, were always ready to help with advice and just to have nice talks: when we checked in we immediately got all helpful information including market place and working time, recommendations for eating places for different occasions etc etc. Room was great: comfortable bed and pillows, good enough space, small kitchen (we didn’t cook but it was definitely possible, it was very handy to be able to cut fruits, make toasts or tea etc). Air conditioning worked great in a room. On a balcony we had bed and table with chairs, it was nice spending time there under the ventilator. I was amazed by cleaning standards, room was cleaned very good everyday and we got clean towels (including beach towels) every day, almost always we were coming back from breakfast to clean room already. Laundry service was efficient and affordable. Hotel is located in very close walking distance (3-7 minutes) to everything: variety of cafe/restaurants, supermarket, 7eleven, market, beach. There is also swimming pool in a hotel, it is small but nice. Overall: we were very happy that we chose to stay here, nice and quiet place with everything needed nearby.

Getting in and out of the pool but not a problem overall.

A little piece of paradise, Ju & Zen were perfect hosts. Helpful, polite and lovely ladies. All the staff were great and kept the hotel and rooms immaculate. The room was ideal for what we wanted, a beautiful balcony with table & chairs and a huge round sofa that my daughter decided was hers. The bathroom was large and a great shower. We did research before we went and found like Greece toilet paper goes in the bin. They gave us so much information using WhatsApp, plus they also organised the airport taxis too. Overall, it was a perfect little gem in the middle of Kamala. Thank you xx

It was just wonderful! I had a very spacious room, kitchenette and balcony. The bed und especially the lounge were so comfy! I just loved all the small details- particularly in the new building! The interior design of the rooms is just incredible and all of them have their own access to the pool! Moreover it’s super safe, quiet, idyllic (with the palm trees and the salt water pool) and still so central! Everything is in max. 5 min. walking distance (beach, supermarkets, restaurants, night markets). Last but not least I want to mention the staff and the owners! They are super friendly, helpful, just welcoming and caring. You made my stay memorable! I am very grateful and happy I got to know these wonderful souls :)

Everything was amazing. We could not fault. The best thing was they did your laundry and charged the same as out.side street vendors. For me that was a bonus.

Even though there was no breakfast included the staff recommended places to go to for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The ladies at the front desk were amazing and extremely helpful in assisting us with anything we needed. Their English was excellent. Highly recommend staying at this gorgeous and quaint boutique hotel. So peaceful. Don't be put off by the building facade on arrival, it is truly a hidden gem.

Nice quiet location, but also central to the town, No traffic noise and very peaceful. Great pool, spacious rooms and very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We loved the boutique hotel. Very classy ,clean with huge room. Room had refrigerator and a countertop stove. The balcony was huge with a comfortable lounge chair. Receptionist were outstanding. They greeted us every time we came back from beach with a smile. They offered suggestions on places to go. Very quiet but within an easy stroll to large grocery store and many stores. It had a lovely pool. The beach is perfect. Soft sand and very walkable. Within walking distance of a local market which had fresh fruits,souvenirs and food. I highly recommend to stay here. Due to kindness of staff, we feel that it seems like we are family not guest of this lovely boutique hotel.

This was our first time in Thailand, I travelled with my wife and parents. Ju and her staff were over the top helpful with all aspects of our stay, advising on places to go, helping with transfers etc. The laundry service is excellent, professional and well priced. I would highly recommend anyone who's looking to stay at Kamala to check out Vivace, Large rooms, lovely swimming pool, great location amazing staff.

Can't fault anything. Our stay was excellent.

First off the staff (owners) are so lovely & so welcoming! Gave us a few food reccomendations, places to try which were all fab & they were generally just really nice people, with great English too. The apartment itself was beautiful! Way more than we expected, interior was modern and easy access to the pool area. Loved our stay there. Would without a doubt reccomend the Vivace Hotel to everyone looking. Kamala is also a nice area - still lively but not as mad as Patong but still close proximity to the area (taxi ride). The area has a nice beach and a number of bars/restaurants.

Literally everything - the room was huge and comfortable, the balcony was perfect for lounging, chill pool for lounging, location perfect for being just a couple minutes away from the beach and main Kamala beach strip without the noise. By far what blew me away the most was the quality of the service. Both Zen and Ju (the owners) were always happy to chat, help us book airport transfer and local tours, and even gave us tour of the larger room and explained their philosophy behind the hotel and the rooms. This without a doubt was the best place I stayed during my travel and I hope to come back and stay again.

A beautiful boutique hotel that deserves 5 stars. We had a deluxe apartment with direct access to a lovely pool. Large double lounger on the balcony fabulous shower and a bath if you want a change. Comfortable bed which is a bonus in Thailand. The two ladies that manage it are exceptionally friendly and helpful, thank you. The cleaning team were the most thorough I have seen. Highly recommend a stay.
