Spacious apartment, clean swimming pool and tasty breakfast

The check-in experience was terrible! We booked more than 10 months in advanced and paid for our booking. Then I confirmed with them that they have received our booking which I got a reply back. But when we checked-in they advised us that the room I booked was not available and that they moved me to another room as an upgrade. The breakfast was also a huge disappointment since food run out after about 1.5 hours into breakfast. So if you are not there at 7am when breakfast start then you will be highly disappointed later on during service.

The mattress was quite firm, which I imagine could be a problem for some people. We slept well, regardless :)

The staff was super friendly. We appreciated the pool on the ground level; there were enough chairs for everyone and the water was at the right temperature; this was perfect after a long day in the heat. Our room was large, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and we were provided with water bottles everyday. The breakfast buffet was good.

The bed was very stiff for my liking which isn't the case for most hotels - it appears they went for a cheaper option here. Phuket generally has a humidity issue, being close to the sea, so our room smelt like damp until we figured out a good air con setting and not leaving the balcony door open

The location is the biggest selling point for this hotel, it's close to a tonne of food places and Kata beach

Well, we have many mixed feelings with this hotel. Considering the price and ok location, it is ok hotel if you don't expect so much. Was room clean: not really. Especially toilet wasn't clean. Have even stains on the toilet for sitting. Hair was present all around the room. Service is just OK. Breakfast is not so much good, but there are many restourants close to hotel. Air conditioning in the room is very loud. What really shocked us, is that one morning two guys from the service rang the door bell and without waiting they just broke the door and broke the metal key on the door and when they saw that we are in the room they just quickly went away. I informed reception, but didn't receive any special apology for it. Overall, I wouldn't recommend a lot this hotel and wouldn't book it there again.

Very attentive staff - the first day we went to use the gym and the air conditioning unit was broken. I informed reception and the a/c was fixed by the next day! We liked lounging at the pools on the property both on the roof and ground floors depending on the time of day. Very quiet at night which we appreciated.

For the room-it really needs big mirror,in such a big place they didn’t have even one. The clock on the wall will be the nice addition. The kitchen had microwave but it didn’t have the power point to put it on, so we had to buy the extension cable. For us big minus was the noise, we had one year old kid with us and music until 22:00 was already not so good but apart of it hotel organized private event not for hotel guests and they started to put decorations and to do sound check for two days, on the third day it was the event that was super noisy in front of our balcony, we were warned that it’s gonna be until 22:00 pm, but at the end after event staff decided to take away all the decorations and remove it so that keep noisy until midnight. If I knew in advance about plans for this event I won’t choose this hotel for these days. As for the cleaning near swimming pool I would recommend to take it in consideration because many guests are sitting there in the late evening and night and in the morning there were a lot of bottles and other trash that was kept there at least until afternoon.

Nice spacious room, we had good view to swimming pool and the roof between two hotels, even could see the part of the sea and sunsets. Huge balcony, big living room, good furniture with tv in every room. The hotel really does have great breakfasts comparing to other hotels in Phuket with the similar price, always big choice for European and Asian taste, good coffee. Has live music almost every night until 22:00 in the bar next to swimming pool, around 3 times per week they organize some buffet/barbecue for dinner for reasonable price.

Could not get hot water in the shower at any time of day. The pool was lovely but there was a distinct lack of sunbeds or anywhere to sit around the pool. The flooring was also coming loose in our apartment.

The property is located 500+ metres from the beach which can only be accessed via dangerous streets clogged with fast moving traffic and limited pavements, although an occasional shuttle service was provided. Practically every hotel in the area is faced with the same problem as the ClubMed resort occupies the area facing the beach blocking direct acres without a long detour. Google maps will show the problem.

The room is poorly divided, it has a kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom but especially the bedroom and bathroom are very cramped.

The location is wonderful. The recepcionists Namwham, Palm, Nam and Memme were impeccable, they attended us in everything, always friendly.
