Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

AustraliaThe room has paper thin walls and I would hear the guy next doors phone conversations, coughing, TV and snoring. It was hard to sleep because of this The bed is so hard and the blankets are very basic, sheets with the old school orange itchy blacker in-between that's is. There was a constant smell from the air con The cleaning lady has issues - she's grumpy every single day The hotel is nice but it is very our dated and they haven't done anything to make it modern. The pool does not have a bar, well is does in photos but is no operating. I feel bad to write this review as the staff are absolutely lovely

United KingdomThe rooms are dated. Lighting not good and it would be good to have tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. Also, would be a big plus if cushions were provided on the sunbeds. However, good value for money apart from these observations.
I've stayed there before and the breakfast has never been great but it has improved since I last stayed about 5 years ago. Lovely Pool and the water is about the right temperature.

IndiaNo breakfast for vegetarians. When I asked the staff they showed me plate of cabbage and broccoli and said this is for vegetarians. When most of the guests were indians, they had to do with just bread and leafy vegetables. Table clothes were very dirty. I know due to covid problems u could not control everything. U have to do something for pure vegetarian guests

AustraliaThe room,not even an electric jug or tea and coffee facilities. An antiquated shower and bathroom. Very rude cleaning staff. Reception staff that appeared not to care and none of the staff showed little care toward their paying guests. A buffet breakfast that was an insult to the name. I have stayed here before 7 yrs ago and it was fine. Now it just needs new owners to spend some money.....or a bulldozer. We paid for 4 nights but left after 2.
