Nice small boutique hotel, rustic decoration and lovely river view. Staff were very helpful and a good coffee with the breakfast. Overall i think value was very good.

The property itself is very clean and cozy. The bed is very comfortable. It’s situated on the beautiful and quiet river bank. Its little garden is charming. The staff are exceptionally lovely. The two dogs are very friendly.

Beautiful boutique hotel by the Ping river. Relaxing views before or after a trip to Kamphaengpet Historic Site. The full restaurant was not in operation anymore, only breakfast was served. Good quality breakfast with homemade bread/jams, fresh juice and Barista coffee. We got an upgrade to room with balcony and riverfront !

I didn't like the dogs in the lobby area as some one who is scared of dogs. I also didn't like that our room had these stainless windows with no curtain. So at night the light from outside came in but it wasn't so bad, what was annoying was in the morning. Being summer the sun was out by 6am and the whole room lit up and we couldn't sleep anymore. If they could fix that I would give the room a higher score.

The room was very nice and clean and modern. Good location, very easy to find.the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was friendly.

there is NO vegetarian option in the restaurant besides garlic bread… breakfast is also not suitable for vegetarian and even worse for vegans. on the good side is that the staff really tried to figure something out. but please put something vegetarian on the menu :)

U nfortunately we were disturbed one night by noisy neighbours in next door room who also partied outside in the garden.There didn’t seem to be any management on site to curb the excesses!

1) Though the hotel has certain ambience, it lacks quality in the details. Shower water pressure uneven, bath water very slow and only lukewarm, shower faucet leaks water to the floor. Terrible paint job. Outside tables and chairs broken; 2) Only 1 staff speaks English and when she is not there, hard to communicate; 3) location of hotel is at least 30 minutes to the historic park on tuktuk and was told no taxi in town (though later said there was); there is nothing around it other than one restaurant nearby; 4) a young lady seems to be the owner of hotel but showed no interest in interacting with guests and at one time blocked the hotel entrance sitting in her car talking on the phone (oblivious to her surroundings); 5) hotel is overpriced for the area

The photos used in booking.com seem to be rather clickbait than the real deal. We booked two rooms, and none of them looked like the photos we saw when we booked. The reason why we booked this hotel was based on the photos we saw. Unfortunately, the reality has nothing to do with the promoted photos, and the stay was rather disappointing. The staff didn't inform us about the WiFi password nor which room is in which category. We discovered after a few hours that my wife, our baby, and I were in the wrong room and the suite we booked had non of the nice amenities we saw in the room description... Overall the hotel was not clean, dirt and dust everywhere...

The hotel definitely needs a good clean and maintenance. There were little ants and black hairs everywhere and we couldn’t avoid bringing them home in our bags. The toilet smelled terribly and the aircon made so much noise we couldn’t sleep because of it.

The location and the view are great, overlooking the river. The hotel also has a nice garden and breakfast room.
