Only 2 parasols at the pool for 8 sun benches and no parasols at the beach.

Overall, the hotel needs some improvements. The beds aren’t comfortable. The swimming pool is a bit busted up; broken tiles, the ladder to get out of the pool had a broken rung just flopping around. The pool area itself just felt a bit dirty. The sink in our bathroom had a loose tap that wasn’t even connected to anything.

The room was very big. Good location. The breakfast that was included was (smoothie bowls) were really good and large portions. Good balcony. Decent price.

The bungallows are getting too used, there are lot of things need to be fixed: electricity, wall/cover/paints in rooms.

Reception, restaurants and all staffs are very friendly, services are fully kind. Thank them for this week!

However, the second room was also noisy as it backed onto a nightclub. I recommend requesting rooms near the pool and massage area, beyond the dive school, for a quieter experience. Be aware, the Sairee area is known for its lively nightlife.

The location was conveniently close to everything. The pool was perfect and the accommodation had all the necessary facilities. It was right on the beach, you can walk all the way to the pier if the tide is out. There is what they call the yellow brick rd which is the most beautiful pathway lined with shops of all kinds all the way. Just a side note. Sairee cottage is a favorite restaurant. As for the room. Initially, we were assigned a room near the street which was very noisy, the clubs on the main street pumped til midnight. The reception kindly relocated us. The staff here are so kind and accommodating. Nothing is a problem for them. The free shuttle to and from the port is a bonus as taxis are quite pricey. The selection of food around the hotel is awesome.and the prices are reasonable. You will never go hungry.

We knew from other reviews that it can be quite noisy due to being close to the bars. It tends to go quiet at around 12pm which was fine but a few nights the noise carried on into very early hours. Bars closed but if people are outside the hotel it is so noisy .. would recommend asking for a room further back if this will bother you.

Perfect location and the pool is great. Includes transfer service to and from the pier for free. Huge comfortable rooms. Great value for money.

The only negative was the loud music from the beach that could be heard at night but I always travel with ear plugs so this wasn’t an issue for me!
