We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThere was nothing that I didn’t like that would influence if I stayed there! The bathroom is rather awkward but considering I’m only in there for a short time, it was acceptable. Breakfast could have been hotter but it was still enjoyable.
The room was excellent however the bathroom is a little small and awkward to get to the toilet, and the faulty shower was reported to the staff. Breakfast was good, could have been a little hotter and more variety but there was more than sufficient to satisfy most taste buds. Always love staying here and will do again in the future.

United StatesA lot of small ants if you have any food in the room. Bathroom door opens the wrong way making it difficult to enter and exit. Balcony too small- very little natural light in room. Not a very vegetarian friendly breakfast. All main dishes have meat- every day.
Quiet, clean airport shuttle, near Huawei muang park, decent breakfast and no smoking. Fruit and a few vegan options available at breakfast.
