The hotel was quite clean and functional. My favorite part was breakfast , their brewed coffee was top-notch. On the street of the hotel, there are some cheap laundry businesses, I was surprised by how cheap it was.

Not sure the room was cleaned properly before our arrival as found a used false nail on the floor . We booked a room with an extra bed as the deluxe which would have given us more space but they assumed we would only want the 1 Not allowed to use fridge for personal drinks or risk getting fined

Staff were very friendly and helpful …. Pool was tiny but cold which was an escape from the heat after being on the beach and the Buffett was nice

Faced a problem with the electricity in our room but was resolved by the maintenance team within an hour or so.

Large and clean room. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast with many items. Kids swimming pool avaliable. Good location, walking distance to the beach and far from the noisy area.

The only complaint is about the maids. They didn't do their job properly. In 10 days, they never once cleaned under the bed or changed the bed linen.

The staff is friendly and smiling. Especially the team from the restaurant/bar. Breakfast could change a little, every day is the same menu.

The hotel is on a street i didnt like very much. Not an amazing view. A bit far from bangla road contrary to what is written on the description. Count 15 to 20min walking

The air-conditioning in the room was not working properly! It was switching off by itself and I had to wake up at night to turn it on again. I raised the issue to the hotel staff but they were not able to fix it. Overall, I don't think it's up to the standard of a 4 star hotel.

I can hear next rooma & anyone walking down the hall. It was annoying for me as a light sleeper. I can hear the talk & their alarms ring. Also, it would be a plus to have a bidet in the bathroom.

Slightly high price and limited parking.

Extremely comfortable bed for the first time in Thailand. Room was finished to a high standard with a great selection from a small mini bar. Staff were extremely polite and accommodating regardless of the mater. Would stay again.

The first room had a door to the adjacent room and ZERO soundproofing. We could hear the person to the next room snorring. the next day they moved to a lower level and at leat we had some silence.

The room was big and nicely decorated. At first it had a nice view, the scond room not that much but was more quiet, Very nice breakfast. Colse to the center, a bit dodgy (but not dangerous) alley. Go to merlin beach if you have transport.

Last year the hotel staff was very nice and very helpful, this time the reception staff were a little less nice, hardly smiling and a little cold.

This is my second time at the hotel, the hotel is excellently located, the rooms are of a perfect size and there is value for money.

Unnecessarily long and irritating check in system. Asked for a 1500 baht deposit, would not take a note due to dirt on the note all very petty and didn’t paint a good picture of the staff in all honesty. Lift is weirdly slow Breakfast is just okay. Serves its purpose but it’s not very nice Bit of a walk to the beach/main area

Gym is really good for a hotel we used it everyday! Bed and room is very comfortable Hotel is clean and comfortable and would most likely stay again

You can hear the relative loud sounds of wind wuthering through the balcony if you are in the upper floor.

Nice location and fair good breakfast. Staffs are willing to offer the help when you are in need. Patong Beach and all kinds of restaurants are nearby.

Hotel is stylish, everything works except few little things. Toilet started to leak and some other things, nothing major. I had great view, gym is perfect, food was excellent.

I found it annoying that the smokers were allowed to smoke around the pool area. This meant that my children were exposed to cigarette smoke while trying to enjoy their swimming time.

As a family of 4, we had 2 connecting rooms which were a perfect size. The staff at the hotel were lovely from check in through to check out. The location was convenient to the beach as well as shopping areas.
