Beds were a bit hard but I solved that with 2 sheets under the cover. Like I said, if you need something then just ask mr ping

I booked 3 nights, stayed 8. The hostel owner is epic and will do anything to help you out or just to chill with you. Room is very clean and was build recently so it looked very nice. Airco is clean and doesn’t make a loud noise plus rooms are good isolated. Quite location between the party area haad rin and the main city tong sala

The outside common space is a little bit simple, but the conviviality is made by people, not by the decorations ;)

Everything was clean and comfortable, and Mr Ping is just the craziest and overgenerous host I have ever met. It's better to have a bike to come there, but if you don't, Mr Ping is always ready to pick up and drop people to central places. Free coffee at every time !

Mr. Ping is an incredible host. I had a room for about 2 weeks and I immediately felt at home. The accommodation is modern and clean, with spacious rooms that provide a peaceful retreat away from traffic. Also he takes care of his guests as if they were his friends. He drove us to parties, quickly to restaurants or to the port. I will definitely come back in the future!

I had the great fortune of staying at Mr. Ping’s hotel during my visit to Koh Phangan. From the outset, I was immensely impressed by his exceptional courtesy and helpfulness. Remarkably, he even spontaneously picked us up from the ferry, showcasing his extraordinary hospitality. The service I experienced here was undoubtedly the best throughout my travels in Thailand. Mr. Ping was always accessible, providing us with valuable tips via WhatsApp for the best restaurants, attractions, and party locations around. His hospitality gave us a sense of comfort and satisfaction that I highly recommend. Additionally, the rooms were incredibly neat and clean. It was a perfectly delightful stay!

The location is perfect for the Halfmoon venue and Mr Ping was really nice to hang out with and help with everything and made the visit super smooth!

Nothing, everything was amazing.

We stayed in multiple places in Ko Phangan and this was by far the best. Mr Ping was extremely helpful - anything we needed he helped to sort out for us. He let us rent his bike and gave us a lift to a restaurant in the evenings and to the pier on our last day. Despite this being a hotel, it has a social hostel-like feel as there is a space downstairs where you can sit with Mr Ping and other guests and socialise - however if you’d rather not socialise this is easily done as the rooms are spacious and private with large balconies etc. Great shower, comfortable beds, microwave/toaster/plates/cutlery/fridge etc in the room including proper black tea bags which are hard to find in Thailand. Extremely comfortable stay we would highly recommend.

If you dont want to drive a bike you will have a different experience, but the staff still tries to make everything work for you.

Not too far off the harbour, very clean, extremely comfy and the staff will 100% provide you with everything you need. To be honest, I will book this property every time I come from now on. I travel a lot and been to many places of different price ranges from very high end to super budget. This place is my favourite of all time. Contact them before you arrive so they can pick you up, or else you pay 200thb per person for transport (we learned this the hard way).

We had a really nice and helpful host that provided everything we needed for our stay in kho phangan. The rooms are spacious, quite simple in decoration but have all the equipment you might need (even a toaster, plates and cutlery).

There was nothing to dislike.

We had read about Mr Ping in other reviews and delayed our visit until he had a vacancy. He was the most fun host and advised us on places to go, to eat, and the beaches. He took us to collect a bike from a reputable dealer and where he knew there would be no problems. The room had a microwave and water boiler and it was nice to sit on our terrace in the evening and have a drink. Food delivery was great the first couple of evenings from an Irish bar, The Ugly Duckling, but after that, for some inexplicable reason, the delivery website went down. There are however, restaurants about a mile away. On the final morning Mr Ping, ran us to the ferry terminal, which was much appreciated. Many thanks Mr Ping!
