The accommodation was very nice and fulfilled all our needs and expectations. The room was quite large and exceptionally clean. There was a large size TV and Internet connection. The room had a small refrigerator, toaster, microwave and water heater/kettle for tea and coffee. There was also a very good air conditioning system and shelves/ clothes rack

Myself and my boyfriend have been travelling around Thailand and have stayed in many different accommodations however, we both agree that Yangyai Garden Lodge has been the cleanest place we’ve stayed! The place is honestly spotless and you’d think with being surrounded by greenery that there would be many insects in the room however, there were none! The location is quite a walk from anywhere however, it is stunning and very relaxing. We came to the island for the Full Moon Party and it was only a 15 minutes taxi ride costing £100 baht each. Mr Ping was extremely helpful and a very kind host. He allowed us to use bikes to get around the island which was a bonus to our time staying here! He also ran us to the pier on our day of departure without hesitation. One of the loveliest hosts we have come across. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Koh Phangan, book this one! You will not regret it!

One of the friendliest hostel I have stayed at. The owner is a lovely guy, always available to help. Had a small bike crash, after which he was there to reassure and guide me in the reimbursement process. As for the accommodation, I stayed in the bunk bed room which was exactly what you would expect from a budget accommodation, not too luxurious but still comfortable enough and secured with private lockers. However, if you wanna get a more exclusive experience, they do offer single bed rooms which the other guests I talked to recommended.

Mr Ping!!... What a guy, he is the owner/host and speaks very good English, so welcoming and helpful he will point you in the right direction if in need of any help. The huge 400yr old Yang Na Yai Tree is right on the front entrance of the hotel grounds and I believe is the biggest on the island. The surrounding gardens on the property have all kinds of fruit growing... We were welcome to help ourselves but remember they are seasonal. The whole place is so clean... The staff do a great job and the beds were very comfortable. There is also a nice communal to hang out and meet other guests with tea and coffee available. Good location 2min drive from main road and shops. Highly recommend this place I will definitely be coming back here in the future when I visit Koh Phangan!!! 🙏✌️

Wow! what a place. Ping is probably the best host I’ve ever met, he’s so helpful and generous, it’s a fairly new place, 10 months. his recommendations will guarantee you get the most out of your stay! I would recommend anyone who comes to Koh Phangan to check this place out. thank you so so much Mr Ping! 🙂👍🏻❤️ There’s also some dogs from the neighbours in the drive way to Yangyai that bark and rub towards you, but they are really friendly so don’t be scared of them. they love the sausages from 7/11 too! 🙂

The location is off the beaten path. Next useful thing from there is the 7-11, and it is still 12 min by foot. So if you just want to stroll around, have everything in walkable distance, this is not the place. You need a scooter.

First of all, you can't rate this place without talking about Mr. Ping, the owner. He is full of tips, wants everybody to have a great time, plays chess with you, helped me out with bringing me somewhere close for free. We were talking for hours about his future plans, his time in europe, ...life itself. The point is, he really is an extremely good host. The hotel had friendly staff, the rooms are modern and extremely beautiful, the garden is lush and green.

Probably one of the best places that we have stayed in three months of travelling SE Asia. The room is spacious and comfortable with great AC, a big balcony and great facilities (microwave, fridge, toaster, bowls and plates etc). The location is lovely and peaceful ( but a bike would be recommended for getting around - you can rent them here). And the host is absolutely brilliant. Mr Ping is helpful, so friendly and good fun. He picked us up and dropped us to the boat, gave us loads of recommendations and made sure everything was perfect. Couldn't recommend more highly!

This was a positive experience in all ways. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Providing a lot of recommendations on what to do and see on the island. The room was perfectly clean and comfy with a nice view on the garden. I think it's useful to have a bike there even though they are offering pick-up or drop off.

mr Ping is a fab host! the location is great, you will need a scooter but Mr Ping helps with this. He will take you round to places if you need too! you feel at home here, we loved the toaster addition which we haven’t had in any of our stays in Asia! the view from the balcony was amazing at sunset 😍 we loved our stay her and we will for sure be back!

Everything was perfect while the short stay in Yangyai Garden. The house is located in walking distance from the main street where shops and restaurants are but still quiet at the edge of a forest with a nice garden. I didnt see a single bit of dust in the room so the cleanliness is exceptional. The owner is very friendly and helps where he can. He even provided me with a list of his favourite restaurants or great beaches to go nearby. I only stayed one night but would definitely stay longer next time!

We had an amazing stay with Ping, the best host we have come across in all of SE Asia! He was so helpful and accommodating, nothing was too much of an ask for him! The room was perfect, so clean and stylish, beautiful balcony and surroundings, all the amenities you could need in a place like this. The location was also 10/10, a great spot on the island to access everything (the full moon beach was only a short taxi ride away, which ping dropped us off at the taxi station for) but also tucked away enough to feel like a peaceful and quiet space. Top vibes!! Would recommend to anybody.
