The only critical point is the cost of an extra bed for a child. It is high compared to the stay. Some guests criticise the breakfast. There are only three options and you have to choose one, but I do not think this is a real disadvantage. The portions are big enough.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location, which is truly breathtaking. We also liked the size of the hotel, which is small compared to its neighbours to the left and right. If you are looking for value for money on Ko Yao Yai, this is definitely the hotel for you.

The only thing that surprised me was that there was no separation between the shower and the toilet. The kids washed the entire bathroom every time. The hotel staff gave me a wiper and we used it to clean the water from the bathroom floors. It is designed with a slope in a way to prevent water from flooding the room, but walking on wet floors is not fun and dangerous for kids. If someone is bothered by noises, the AC in one of the bedrooms makes wooshing waves sounds! It's actually relaxing, but I know some people that will go crazy from that. Also, put more toilet paper rolls for families, please...

We loved our stay here! The resort is located right on the beautiful beach. It was a pleasure having breakfast and sometimes lunch and dinner at the hotel's restaurant with sand beneath our feet and the amazing view of Phuket's coastline before us. The family room on the 2nd floor was perfect for us in size. We could use the pool and enjoy perfect sunsets from our huge balcony, from the pool or the beach. The room was clean. We once had some ants on the stairs outside leading to the room and immediatly got bug spray to handle the issue. The facilities were great, we enjoyed the pool, the beach, the food. we actually didn't leave the resort area at all. There are some restaurants behind the hotel (and on the beach next to it on both sides). Also local supermarkets and small shops, and a clinic if needed. The sea was great for swimming and relaxing. The hotel manager was attentive and helpful with the ferry arrangements and the staff had lots of patience with kids. Thank you for a great vacation! We'll surely come back.

The resort is beautifully located at the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is amazing and you could eat at the tables on the beach. It is a truly great place for families with kids.
