The pool could be cleaned better.

The hotel is about 15-20 minutes walking distance from the center. It is just perfect that the hotel has a shuttle service. When you need, they can drop you off at the center and bring you back to the hotel. (until 10:00 pm) Breakfast was delicious and nice. The landscape and environment of the hotel are very beautiful. The pool view is magnificent and very peaceful.

We had booked the villa and it wasn't great , we expected more and for it to be clean , the sink started leaking from underneath the 1st day we was there and soon got fixed after we had mentioned this , the breakfast wasn't great at all the scrambled eggs were really runny and looked undercooked and it was all cold the staff in the kitchen stood there and watched as you got food which was uncomfortable. Some of the food was uncovered like the croissants a bird flew onto it and started nibbling at them and the staff from the kitchen walked straight past it and left the croissant on there .

the pool area was nice with a lovely view , the staff was nice , the drop off and pick service into the town was great and it was whenever you wanted to go until 10pm , on our last day we got dropped off at the bus station in the town which was nice . Also the banana muffin at breakfast was the nicest thing there.

The receptionist on duty at our arrival did not appear to be very much appreciating our arrival as guests. We were also not offered the services from the bellboy in a place with several levels, without an elevator. However, when another group of guests arrived, the receptionist was bending over backwards and mostly accommodating, handling suitcases, and instructing the staff to assist. I fail to understand why my travel companion and I did receive a very unwelcoming and grumpy reception. The behaviour of the receptionist did not contribute to a feeling of well-being at this beautiful facility.

We liked everything! Very good value for money, the staff was very friendly. The location is beautiful, the view is stunning. The facilities were very good :-). Also good location because walking street is walkable. We would definitely go back if we visit Pai again.

The breakfast is served, but they don’t seem to heat it. Simple suggestion to Yoma hotel is to put burner pits beneath the steel trays, so the food stays warm

The views and the location itself was amazing. The hotel offer a free shuttle service to go to town and come back which is very convenient. The place is super quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was also very nice!

Staff were not so friendly the entire time - they mostly seemed to be scared of the head manager who didn’t give a hello, goodbye, absolutely nothing. It seemed like guests were a horrible chore to deal with and the rest of the staff who seemed nice were unsure of what to do without the head manager around. Definitely not the typical Thai welcome which was a bit of a shock.

Beautiful scenery and surrounding mountains, very nice rooms and layouts of rooms with the balcony etc. good shuttle service although we didn’t use it, parking onsite as we had a car, good location close to food.
