Poor communication from staff (unsuccessfully attempted calling and emailing many times with no answer). My partner and I both got food poisoning from the breakfast.

Amazing views over the mountains and fields. Close to town but far enough away to be quiet. Clean room. Great price/value.

The staff was less friendly than what you expect in Thailand. The furniture was quite outdated, pool was really cold!

Bit outdated luxurious hotel, with cool infinity pool, big beds, big bathroom. A scooter is best to go to the centre. Beds were really good by the way. The breakfast was a feast! You can also ask for a ride to walking street.

It was a 10/15 minute walk to the centre of Pai which was a bit unfortunate. However, the staff was always available to bring us to the centre. They also pick you up until 10 pm. We never used this service because the bars in Pai were very cosy which made is stay until 12 everyday.

We had a very nice stay in the Yoma Hotel in Pai. The room was very comfortable, very good shower with hot water. The pool was very nice with a stunning view. The staff was always available to bring is to the centre of Pai.

Overnight staff not the most helpful; many standard things were not available (like swapping out sheets after a spill in the evening, an iron, etc.); breakfast is food -- that's about it; no irons available; staff don't always understand/aren't communicative.

The views are stunning and absolutely wonderful to wake up to. They are the saving grace of this hotel and make it all worth it. The hotel is very close to Pai walking street and Pai in general, so it is well situated. Infinity pool is very convenient / nice / comfortable / brilliant. Place was generally clean. Shuttle service was very convenient before getting our moto and were available at all times of day/night which is wonderful.

It’s a bit run down. We had no hot water and had to wait 4 hours for it to get fixed (after I had been three times to inform them!).

The hotel and facilities could use some updates (no problems but improvement areas): 1) shower works only the lower part, 2) bicycles for use have not proper working brakes, 3) overall the rooms can use some paint updates

Accomodation is beautiful located near the Pai city center. With the free shuttle you never have to walk far! breakfast was simple but good.

Wifi signal in my room end of corridor was very weak and often would not connect, if it did connect only reached 1-4mbs, around the rest of the complex it was about 80mbs!

Staffing seems to be a bit indifferent. We missed the usual Thai smile we received in lots of other places. The rooms we got were situated below the restaurant where the movement of heavy chairs on the tile deck created lots of noise...starting at 06:30 when breakfast was prepared. This really gets you awake. We stayed in C block. You better ask for a room elsewhere.

Swimmingpool is really nice and was desperately needed during our stay as it was really hot. We could stay a few hours after checkout around the pool waiting for our transport later that day which was a pleasant service from the hotel.

Location was good. They had shuttle to the walking street so getting there and back no problem. Room was satisfactory. Clean and overlooking the plains and paddy fields. Breakfast was mediocre. Limited. But doable. The receptionist and the shuttle staff were very helpful.

Great value for money. The room was clean, modern, and had everything one could wish for to be comfortable. We loved the vast garden right as we stepped out the door. Breakfast was very generous. The pool is a must because it does get hot in Pai!

I don’t like that they didn’t check the rooms before we check in. The main switch of the room where they first placed us is broken. Told them twice to move us to another room before they attended to our request.

I like the swimming pool the most. it has a very nice view. The breakfast buffet is nice as well. Also, the free shuttle to and from the city center is a big help.

The guy at check-in was not friendly. He wasn't very welcoming and seemed to appease us in requests. The pool was closed on one of the days during our stay - we were not informed of this. Geckos (not anyone's fault, just saying). No privacy on balcony of villa 2 so we asked to move. Villa 5 is perfect.

Beautiful scenery. The pool had a lovely view. The bathroom in the villa room was beautiful, with great storage (lovely handmade soap given). The buffet breakfast was lovely and there's a free shuttle to town. Nice big tv in the room and a friendly hotel dog?
