Nice position, great view by the swimming pool

Signs of aging. Bit of a walk from town.

The staff were fantastic, very nice and helpful with any request. You can take the shuttle to and from the hotel between 7am-10pm which is nice. That being said, the hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the city center. The hotel is very nice but showing signs of aging. Some loose pool tiles, chipped paint, and our door didn’t fully seal so there was a small gap between the outdoors and our bedroom. All that being said we really did love our dry, and ended up extending our stay by 2 days, which the staff were very helpful with. Breakfast was also very good.

The terrace and outside sofa were dirty, which made it uncomfortable to stay outside.

The villa was nice. The included breakfast was good. The view of the mountains was beautiful. And the swimming pool relaxing with also a great view.

The hotel is not secured properly. Everyone from outside can come to the property. A lot of people came from other hotels to this hotel to use the pool. This is not acceptable as people who are staying in this hotel and pay for it, do not have the possibility to make use of the pool as it is to busy with people from outside the hotel. The staff see it but does not do anything about it.

The rooms are spacious and have a beautiful view. The location is outside the center but the hotel offers a shuttle service to the center, which is great. The breakfast is good! Enough options for everyone and you have a beautiful view when enjoying breakfast

Guests from another premises were using the pool area which meant it was quite busy and no sun loungers available for people who actually stayed there.

Great hotel with lovely pool area. The shuttle was great and the beds were very comfortable. Shower was really nice too

The pool could be cleaned better.

The hotel is about 15-20 minutes walking distance from the center. It is just perfect that the hotel has a shuttle service. When you need, they can drop you off at the center and bring you back to the hotel. (until 10:00 pm) Breakfast was delicious and nice. The landscape and environment of the hotel are very beautiful. The pool view is magnificent and very peaceful.

We had booked the villa and it wasn't great , we expected more and for it to be clean , the sink started leaking from underneath the 1st day we was there and soon got fixed after we had mentioned this , the breakfast wasn't great at all the scrambled eggs were really runny and looked undercooked and it was all cold the staff in the kitchen stood there and watched as you got food which was uncomfortable. Some of the food was uncovered like the croissants a bird flew onto it and started nibbling at them and the staff from the kitchen walked straight past it and left the croissant on there .

the pool area was nice with a lovely view , the staff was nice , the drop off and pick service into the town was great and it was whenever you wanted to go until 10pm , on our last day we got dropped off at the bus station in the town which was nice . Also the banana muffin at breakfast was the nicest thing there.

The receptionist on duty at our arrival did not appear to be very much appreciating our arrival as guests. We were also not offered the services from the bellboy in a place with several levels, without an elevator. However, when another group of guests arrived, the receptionist was bending over backwards and mostly accommodating, handling suitcases, and instructing the staff to assist. I fail to understand why my travel companion and I did receive a very unwelcoming and grumpy reception. The behaviour of the receptionist did not contribute to a feeling of well-being at this beautiful facility.

We liked everything! Very good value for money, the staff was very friendly. The location is beautiful, the view is stunning. The facilities were very good :-). Also good location because walking street is walkable. We would definitely go back if we visit Pai again.

The breakfast is served, but they don’t seem to heat it. Simple suggestion to Yoma hotel is to put burner pits beneath the steel trays, so the food stays warm

Loved the view, most amazing hotelview of sunset ever! The bicycles that were free were really nice! The shuttle to city centre is also really nice! The personnel is great
