I loved the smell in this hotel from the reception to the room. So clean and so wide.. It’s so cozy that I just want to spend most of our hours there instead of going out.

There is no curtains in the shower, so you have to be careful not wet all floor.

Z Sleep Hotel, is a 5-storey building with an elevator. The reception staff are friendly. Our room was on the third floor with a window overlooking Central Hatyai and the city. The room was clean, nice and very spacious, and they did room service daily. The bathroom in the room was very nice, a good size, modern and clean. The lobby area has sofas and poufs that make waiting more pleasant. The location of the hotel is very good, a few steps from Central Hatyai and in front of a large avenue, the area is quite busy, so it is not a problem to walk through it at night. The Z Sleep Hotel offers breakfast, additional payment, but you must request it before 10 at night, and it is served in a breakfast area that must be on the first floor.

House keeping needs to be better managed to knock before entering guest rooms. I had staff use key cards to enter my room, without knocking or announcing themselves, four separate times. Three times in the same day. The staff then did not return to clean the room but rather kinda ran off, embarrassed at their mistake. I needed to track them down to ask for water and to have trash emptied. This is management problem, not a staff problem. But it can be easily fixed, and staff had good intentions to clean - they just didn't have good training for room protocols or how to deal with unexpected encounters with guests. Reception staff were very friendly. Also, hot water kettle is provided, but no cups that you can use for hot drinks like coffee or tea.

Nice, clean, great location for the mall, nice staff. Will stay again.

Nothing really, shower didn't drain well, only an issue as we worried our teens might flood the shower but I lifted the shower drain cover and it was fine.

Large clean and modern family apartment in Hat Yai for our stop over to get to koh lipe Island with castaway resort, who said they'd heard good things. Next to shopping centre so easy ATM, food and shopping. Handy for pick up and drop off. Good air con, room had a fridge so could store fruit, nice complementary coffee and coffee lounge on 2nd floor.

Front office staff could be abit friendlier. I thought she's rather robotic. Electricity went off for a few hours, so had to walk up and down the stairs.

the check out process! The staff was make big discussion because they just smell smoke inside the room. But as the guest is a smoker who was smoke only outside the room, you can be sure to can smell it inside the room because of clothes. After long check inside the room they could not find any proof for smoking inside the room

Upon check in I had to pay 1000thb in cash for incidentals. There’s no restaurant here or mini bar. So was confused by this. Apparently the fee is for damages…. Yes damages. Please update your website to advise future customers in advance as it’s important that they are aware of this charge. Credit card pre authorisation was no acceptable
