Type of guests made the hotel uncomfortable. The lobby and eating areas were not air conditioned. And the pool wasn’t that great

All the staff at the hotel were lovely and friendly. They were accommodating. The hotel is a family-friendly hotel. The person in charge (named Ms Tangmo) was so professional and caring. She is always smiling despite how busy she is. I do strongly recommend this Hotel.

The front desk staff wasn’t friendly at all. They were not really welcoming. It was a bit awkward. They wouldn’t help you for anything if you require it. Cleaning staff and bell boys were really cooperative.

The location of the property was outclass. A lot of food options around.

The spa is still under renovation so we didn't get to do that at the hotel. The breakfast spread was only so-so. Maybe they can add a few more selections for breakfast to make it better.

Location is 👍 Room was comfortable. Family room is suitable for people travelling with kids.

The halls are extremely noisy. Everything in the hotel is hard surfaced, no carpets, so sound bounces and echoes off everything. The bedroom doors are quite thin and you can hear people walking down the halls at the other end of the hotel. I would definitely recommend you bring ear plugs if you choose this property. Also, because the hotel is so centrally located, a number of the guests tend to stay out late on Friday and Saturday nights and return noisily to their rooms at 2 or 3 am. So, be forewarned that if you are not a night owl, wear your earplugs on weekends.

Location is great. Central Patong area is right in the middle of the action. You are a five minute walk from Patong beach, shopping, and a myriad of restaurants. The hotel itself is clean, albeit a bit sterile, and the facilities are pretty good. Judging it based on price, the value is quite good.

I had diarrhoea three times immediately after breakfast. I think it was either the eggs or the fruit or mix of both? Considering I’d stay at three other hotels over my long holiday this hotel food caused my only issue.

I paid extra for the deluxe corner room which was much bigger. It’s shower and bath room was excellent. The bed was big and comfortable. The room also benefited from a balcony with a southern view of the town and you could also see the sea.

Bathroom was lovely but the shower was one that filled the bathroom floor with water no matter what you did - so we had to be careful not to slip and wipe it up with each shower.

Such wonderful staff that accommodated a very last minute booking for us (we arrived 5 mins after booking! We had to run away from an awful hotel we couldn't stay at). We were greeted with wet towels and tea and checked in easily. Room was very comfortable and lovely. The pool and bar area was beautiful and the food was good. All the staff were kind and helpful, and the front desk even posted post cards for us.

there were few mosquitoes on our first day. But after highlighting to housekeeping staff, they sprayed mosquito repellent and then it was fine. I feel this could be problem of other hotels also.

nice location, walking distance to Patong beach and famous Bangla road. Shopping area near to hotel. Also travel desk is cery good and provides very competitive rates.

The staff were very nice. And the location was close to the beach but still away from the main nightlife street so it was quiet at night for a good nights sleep. Breakfast was buffet style with lots of choice.

The only issue i had is that there was a mosque extremely close and at 5.30 am every morning I was woken by prayers through a megaphone. No fault of the hotels but it did disturb my sleep every night.

Room was clean and very comfortable, staff were good but some language issues as I had an issue with a light automatically turning on throughout the night and couldn't translate it accordingly to them. But value for money was excellent and the poil was fantastic.
