URGENT IMPROVEMENT: The internet did not work well for us any day at any time. It connected, but it was TOO slow. Could be improved but is NOT serious: That the terrace has a light at night, to make more use of it. Behind the TV was VERY dirty. And the water pressure of the shower was weak. Just for travelers to take into account: There is no convenience store very close. The closest or easiest might be right next to the BTS station, but you have to get off the station, go down the steps, go to the 7Eleven, get back up and walk the hallway to the hotel. My tip would be to buy some things where you are before taking the BTS.

The staff was VERY friendly. From the moment we arrived they were very attentive, respectful and eager to help you and make your stay comfortable. We also really liked the room. Very well lit, it didn't smell anything strange, the balcony overlooked the parking lot and you could see the BTS (I like that). Lots of natural light. The bathroom is very spacious and has zero smell of humidity. The bed is very comfortable and clean. The air conditioning is a little noisier than normal, but nothing serious for me, it is also very good at cooling. The cable TV has only Thai channels, but they are entertaining even if you don't understand anything. Breakfast is very tasty. There are options, and they are very quick to serve. The terrace has an excellent almost 360 view, including a view of IconSiam ABOUT THE LOCATION: Important > Google shows that you enter through a back street, but that is not true. The front of the building is on the main street, Krung Thon Buri, where the BTS passes. Regarding transportation: the “Wongwian Yai” BTS station is 600 meters away. The best part is that from the hotel sidewalk, you only have to walk 100 meters to the BTS stairs. From there you walk the rest along an elevated hallway, with a roof. Actually the location is VERY good, because 2 stations away you can change to the Gold line and reach ICON SIAM from behind. Or in 4 stations you arrive at Saphan Taksin and from there to ICON SIAM also or to Asiatique or any point by boat. Or if you continue along that line you reach Siam Square. Or if you take the metro in the opposite direction towards Bang Wa, you can change there to the blue line Metro and easily reach the temples area, such as the Royal Palace (Sanam Chai station) or even Chinatown. Check transport plans with Google Maps, see that is a really good spot here in BK.

The only thing I didn't like was the unstable internet connection: it didn't bother me that much since I switched to mobile data whenever needed, but it is definitely not good enough for video calls.

Probably the best breakfast I've ever had in hotels of this type. Very good rooms, nicely designed, clean and functional. It was generally a very pleasant stay, might come here again.

The hotel is located quite far away from city and the BTS station.

The breakfast sets were fantastic. There were many options to choose from. Bed is comfortable and the hotel is clean. The receptionist can speak good English and they are very friendly.

It is in a quiet neighbourhood, so for a fun loving person, they have to go out all the time.

Excellent very beautiful facility, excellently maintained, spacious and cozy rooms with excellent amenities for a comfortable stay, including functioning airconditioning. The staff were particularly helpful. Our booking had issues but they nevertheless prepared very well for our arrival and helped us find our way through to places by involving themsleves with transport bookings where we could see that were not trusted. Place is within a walking distance of a relaxing very modern shopping mall.

I like the vibe of the hotel and especially my room was very clean and cozy. It's a 3 star ⭐ hotel but the facility is like a 5 star ⭐ hotel.

The room was not cleaned properly. Anything above 5.5 feet (i.e. the cleaners reach) was not cleaned. The two balconies were filthy (one balcony even had a pigeon nest, complete with pigeons and egg!). How come no one cleans the balconies? The shower water was very weak.

We were upgraded to a 1BR suit - lovely clean fresh large room. Breakfast was by order & all I needed. Restaurant was currently closed, but several restaurant, street food options & 7/11 in 5 min walk.

The location was slightly far from city center but youll be able to get there fast using grab app / public transport.

Staff were helpful, able to assist with directions/tourist attractions. Room was comfortable and cleaned every day. Public transport available nearby. BTS train station with covered walkway.

The bathroom was a bit to small and unfortunately we didn’t had any housekeeping.

The room was really big and the aircon was cold ! Also the breakfast was really delicious and even tho we wanted to have breakfast a 9am we got it at 7am after requesting it earlier. The staff was really friendly and really good English.

The water pressure in the shower was terrible and there wasn’t any ability to change the temperature of the water so it was lukewarm. You really need to get taxis everywhere as major attractions are not within walking distance.

I feel don't like one man has golden hair at front desk . We just ask him to find 7-11 that near by Hotel . He answer like impolite sentence & his face not welcome customer .

I had a pleasant experience during my check-in with one of the staffs in the morning. However, throughout my stay, I was a bit disappointed by the treatment of the evening staff as he was very cold and did not feel welcoming. During checkout (a different staff) left me hanging without any word for almost 10 minutes after I passed my keys and asked to be checked out. It turns out they wanted to penalise me for a dirty hand towel, which I had no problem paying for, but took a very long time to inform me of the matter. There was no other guest at the reception then. I hope the staff could improve the way they treat their guests as this did leave an impression to me as a guest despite the comfortable room experience. Also to note, the hotel provides iron but it is very limited. During my 4-nights stay, I was only lucky to have the iron once when I requested it.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of two BTS stations (Pho Nimit and Wongwian Yai). It takes about 20 minutes by BTS to reach Siam Station. There are also nearby convenience store and cafe for a quick bite. The room itself is very spacious as we still had ample space for 3 people, even with additional bed.

The place is not at all how it looks like in the pictures. Apart from the bedroom all the other rooms are tiny, the wifi was poor as they provide two log ins which can only be for two devices, the place looked like it was getting old and rusty. Also there is a deposit of 1000 baht which was never relayed to me till i got there.
