We only had breakfast as we ate outside the rest of the time. More fresh fruits and pressed juices would be great. Poney ride was great but was not easy to book I had to go around in circles for a while. Wifi in the first room (6) was good but was very poor in room 32

Nice hotel and a nice location. Clean and spacious room for the 3 of us. Check in was smooth and the room was ready upon arrival. The beach is really good , transparent water and fine sand. The mini club and mini disco for kids were great . Special mention to Tata and Mona who took good care of the little one. They also have a ranch with beautiful horses and poneys which the little one loved.

There a lot of flies - they can look into burning incense/oils to keep the flies away, especially in the dining hall.

I stayed for a week and have taken half board, this is the second time I've stayed at this resort. The rooms are comfortably and the staff are friendly and helpful (they helped us to rent a car on our previous stay)

The security staff at the main gate were very rude 😕. The that they comunicate with us was very tough. They should do their job in a more politely like their colleagues in the other hotels.

The rooms were a bit old and tired. Our shower was a challenge , the water goes through cycles of extreme hot to cold to being the right temperature you set it at. It was a challenge to shower without burning yourself. We had to also pay in cash for our car rental so make sure you bring along enough as cash is king in Tunisia.

We only stayed for two nights , the hotel was beautiful with nice ocean views. Breakfast and dinner had ample choices , bedrooms were a little old on the decor side but still comfortable and clean. The reception helped us rent a car on short notice which was very helpful. It was safe and secure , and they do have ample free parking.

We did not like : - loud and horrible music in afternoon around the pool : how to explain this .... in the day time, you can listen to well selected trip hop and lounge music from well designed speakers on the grass, thats ok ... but then in the afternoon, starts the aerobic time, aquagym, and several other activites around the pool that actually is the main agora of the hotel ... and it seems that every coach brings its own sound system, put it loud without any consideration of the global result ... at the end, from your room you will listen to 2 or 3 music at the same time, all horrible, all loud, all corny and old fashioned ... same problem in several hotels in Tunisia - buffet of the breakfast is quite monotone, lacks creativity and healthy products - hotel had 2 nights minimal booking policy in september - when you ask for beers or wine bottle around the pool or in the room, you have no nuts or chips with it. Nothing.

What we loved more : - the magnificient trees everypart, especially those around the pool - the sea is full of little fishes that could be well seen in snorkeling, the beach is thin yes but that's ok - the children club with the two ladies (Miss Tata and her collegue) that really take care of the kids and make interesting activities (including painting, music, poney ride, ...)

The night receptionist is a terrible guy. We asked for more pillows, he asked why and never gave it (as I should have a reason for liking pillows). We ordered a shuttle to the airport from the front desk in the morning, then asked him to confirm it was ok, he did nothing. Our shuttle never arrived, we asked him over and over, he was rude all the time, lying that the guy was coming (he was not) then after 30min late he called other guy to get us to the airport. We almost missed our flight because of him. I emailed the hotel complaining about it and their system is so terrible that they have no idea I booked a shuttle and no one apologized.

The sea view is beautiful, the hot pool is amazing, the free jacuzzi as well, we also got a hammam bath and massage for a very good price (40 euros). The breakfast is amazing and the food is delicious.

We thought we booked an all inclusive package from booking , we discovered that our booking was complet pension so all the drink were not included. At the end it was okay because the price for drinks was okay.

We felt very welcome and comfortable, the stuff was very friendly especially Mohamed from the animation, and Helmi at the restaurant! We had such a lovely time . The views are breathtaking, the sea and the beach are marvelous.

Considering tunisia to be an islamic country cant understand why burkinis are not allowed to be worn in the pool also there was no iron in the room.

The hotel was spacious and clean. Staff very helpful. They organise daytrips which cost abt £100 for a private car and driver for the whole day. Good variety of food and drinks. Had a late checkin and late checkout with no problem.the views from our family room were amazing.

A more up-to-date health and safety training would be great for senior and junior staff alike. (Stacking clean cups using fingers inside; signposting slippery areas, understanding allergens properly) Cooks and restaurant managers should be provided appropriate training and processes to follow for visitors with dietary restrictions. I’m sure that this is perfectly feasible with the plethora of Tunisian skilled healthcare professionals around.

This wasn’t our first stay in Sultan. Once more Sultan’s team provided a decent service with a big smile. Thank you everyone for making our stay enjoyable 😃

Staff could be friendlier, location is nice but beach in front of the hotel is not the best and facilities close at 07pm which is considered early.

Overall very nice and clean with plenty of options in the buffet.
