First and foremost, the location is simply unbeatable, offering easy access to nearby attractions and conveniences. The hotel itself boasts a stunning design and an equally impressive building that truly elevates the overall ambiance. Every part of the hotel was impeccably clean, and there was a pleasant fragrance throughout, enhancing the comfort of my stay. The beds were extremely comfortable, making for a perfect night's sleep, and the room temperature was always just right—neither too hot nor too cold. Above all, the staff deserves a special mention; they were absolutely fantastic, always going above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcome and attended to. I rate their service a perfect 10! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for top-notch accommodations and stellar service.”

    “After reading the previous comments, I was initially concerned about the cleanliness and high noise levels at the hotel. However, I was relieved to find that our suite was clean, and we experienced no disturbances from outside noise. While the bar across the street was indeed loud, it didn't affect our stay in Suite no 4. The suite is located on the third floor above the reception, with additional stairs you need to climb to reach the reception area, it might pose a challenge for those with mobility issues. Nevertheless, it was acceptable for us since we had clean and quiet rooms. Considering the reasonable price we paid for our stay, the hotel's conditions and service met our expectations. Overall, despite some grievances, I was generally satisfied with our hotel experience. I must commend the gentleman at the reception for his attentiveness and assistance. He graciously helped us with our luggage both upon arrival and departure, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort.”

    “The staff is incredible, they accommodated us by allowing early access to a room due to our flight being rescheduled five hours earlier. Their communication, prompt answers and kindness are truly outstanding! The location is ideal, just a few minutes from the Galata Tower and close to the sea. The neighborhood is filled with numerous restaurants and great spots. Also, don't miss the breathtaking view from the hotel's top floor!”
