It can be a bit noisy and the cheeses from the breakfast buffet did not taste fresh, but these were minor things. I would still highly recommend this hotel.

The room was fancy and clean. The hotel is located in the center of many tourist attractions. The breakfast was varied and there was plenty of food. Wifi was strong enough and the beds were comfortable.

Was quite noisy. Not sure if this was just our room or not, but could hear the street as if all the windows were open. Not a massive one as was fixed with earplugs but just to be aware of!

Lovely place - clean, comfortable and the staff were all so lovely. Loved the little courtyard area, and super great location.

As the windows looked inside the restaurant, it was a bit noisy in the mornings. Additionally, every smell from the yard could reach the room very easily. In the evening, we saw someone ordering fruit plates as room service but the reception didn't make us aware this was an option. Neither we were offered to have a dinner at the restaurant. A bit for the marketing improvement.

A gorgeous atmospheric hotel in the old part of the city with a quiet yard populated with citrus trees. We got two rooms with one room windows looking at the yard. Breakfast was good with sufficient choice of options. The hotel itself is a very beautiful place, thoughtfully decorated.

The room is not really wheelchair accessible. If you are in a wheelchair go someplace else. The staff did evrything possible to help us with the wheelchair, but it eas still very difficult. The bathroom is actually much more accessible then the room itself. In all other cases - nice choice, especially if you are not a big fan of chain hotels.

Very friendly and helpful, right in the middle of old town, nice breakfast, tea, coffee, warer always available, there is a microwave you can use. Very authentic, cozy rooms and public areas. Lot's of restaurants close by.

First night room was dark and dingy bathroom sink was blocked next day the hotel assistant changed my room to a more comfortable bedroom light and airy. If on lower floor which I was in room 303 people upstairs walking, talking,snoring or making out having sex or fighting you can here everything! Street facing rooms you will hear all the noise at night from the people walking past drunk and loud which was fine by me I was expecting this when I booked in this location. Breakfast is very very basic only had it once not worth getting up early for and lastly hotel is not 5 star it is good for what you pay for. One lady on reception in the mornings is not nice not helpful and rolls her eyes if you ask her a question it’s not about language barrier it’s just about being nice and I didn’t get that vibe from her.

Great location,clean hotel,nice clean garden and it’s garden furniture, the staff were really nice especially the guys very friendly, helpful and welcoming room cleaned everyday lovely cleaner always smiling. Free tea, coffee and water all day everyday non alcoholic serving hotel which was a bonus. Location was perfect right in the middle of the old town.

the only thing that needs improvement is breakfast. The table seem full but there is not much to eat. There is no fresh bakery at all (but you can make toasts) and they don't have porridge (but they have cornflakes). a lot of pickled vegetables, french fries, onion rings, but it's not what you expect for breakfast. Food is the same each day. Breakfast is till 10-30, but if you come at 9-50, cooked food (like omelette) is finished

Very good place; staff was very nice and friendly; they upgraded our room for free; there are 3 nice cats on the territory and everyone takes care of them.Room decoration was authentic and different design, hotel has it's own atmosphere. 10 mins walking from the beach; and in the heart of downtown nightlife; they have tea/coffee/water available 24/7 for free; Room servise makes cleaning/change towels every day. There's a small swimming pool inside - it was written that it is not working, but in fact it works - good surprise, and they let you swim even late.

We had a very nice stay in this hotel! Location of hotel is on perfect location… old town and nice history…. everything is also close by such as supermarkets, cafe and restaurant! Hotel has a beautiful town with swimming pool and very sweet staff… they really feel at home in this hotel. very cozy place in the center of old town touristic place. hotel has a great location with cute garden. old town have nice places around, attractions and restaurants/bars which are very loud, but this hotel is very quiet, it is huge plus so we could sleep peacefully. the bedsheets were old and had spools which are uncomfortable! room had everything for self care - hot water, shower gel, shampoos, conditioner, dental kit, slippers and towels, breakfast is great comparing to other places in old town, nice staff, thanks to Robert for being a great host !

The shower door had a little gap when it was closed nothing terrible, but it would be nice to be fixed. The windows a bit hard to lift due to they are heavy and the floors make some noise, but nothing dealbreaker just to mention it, if it is a problem to others.

The location is great it is in the center with in 10 minutes of walking distance from major sites and restaurants. The room was nice and clean with full time air cooling so it was cool even when the power was off. The hotel has a pool which is nice for two people after a day at the beach. The breakfast is decent altough I missed some cold cuts, but it had enough variety of foods. We had towels, very nice flip flops, a very decent toothbrush kit. The rooms were cleaned daily and the cleaning lady was very nice even left us a heart shaped towel with flowers. Also the staff was very helpful. So I realy recomend this place for others and hope to be back again.

bathroom door doesn't close easily. room windows are super heavy to push them up by yourself ( they open upward). the stairs and the room floor makes noise every time you walk on them because the property was basically build by wood. (it's historical)

Location is great breakfast was perfect room was beautiful. overall the stay was perfect they offer 24/07 stay next to the pool and coffee / tea free of charge. you can swim in the pool if you want.

We were a bit disappointed with the rooms, not like the pictures.But it was clean .Some parts of the hotel had a cat smell. They have a few cats that obviously enjoy the hotel. If you have a cat allergiy take antihistamines. The swimming pool is tiny ,more like the size of a jacuzzi but we are in the old town and this hotel is of a handful that have one. The hamam we experienced that was advised via the hotel reception isn’t very good. If you want a traditional Turkish bath that is for locals then go for it, it was very rushed , very busy ,no privacy and we didn’t get what we paid for! If you want a traditional hamam where you will be pampered and cared for then look else where.

On arrival we were greeted by welcoming staff. the hotel reception has a wonderful character and the location is amazing. Ismael and Emre really made our stay special. Spoke full English and were very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. A traditional Turkish breakfast was included and the garden is lovely. Across the road there is an amazing eatery that is open for breakfast lunch and dinner. The rooms were cleaned daily, any issues we had were sorted out straight the way. Teas,coffee and water are available from the garden area at all times. we stayed in mid June, the breeze in the garden was so inviting. Towels, toiletries and slippers were provided. Taxi rank about 100 yards, we didn’t pay for any excursion deals, we got a taxi at the fraction of the cost.

The awful smell in the bathroom

The staff was warm friendly and helpful..it was a pleasure to meet the manager who knows several foreign languages.They packed a very nice breakfast for us for an early morning flight They upgraded us from a suit room to a superior suit room.
