It’s on the landing path of the airport. The double glazing of the windows and doors helps to improve from the noise disturbance. Thank goodness, there no landings after midnight .

Very nice apartment, nice view, a lot of sun. Balcony is also nice. Of course bathroom facilities are not luxury, but good value for money. Everything is close to the hotel, nice park and cafes.

I could hear other residents and their children entering their apartment middle of the night and I heard noises of children running and crying from the upper floor.

We accidentally closed the door with the key inside. The stuff told us that they don't have the 2nd key and pushed us to pay 700 TL for the special opening door guy. No 2nd key? Really? We didn't have time to argue because taxi waited for us to bring us to airport... not nice!

Located away from the beach. The hotel does not have an elevator. In the bathroom there was not a single hanger where you can hang a towel or clothes, there was no soap, but only hair conditioner. The toilet sit was broken. The curtains in the rooms are transparent, so you will be visible for all residents from neighboring houses.

Very friendly personnel answered all my questions I had, provided advice about the best restaurants and ways to reach a public beach. Easy and quick check in and checkout out. The apartment was clean and bigger than I expected.

The hotel is close to the airport, so even despite soundproof windows one hears the planes a lot. The rooms are somewhat smaller than I expected.

There's ongoing construction around this place because it's new so if you plan to work during the day it will be too noisy. Migros is around 10 min walk away and other stores are around 15 min away, there's nothing around this place. Not sure how safe it is for women to walk around at night. The place is not soundproof so if people are walking up or down the stairs (they are next to your entrance) and talking or above someone's child is crying, you hear it well in your bedroom which is across the entrance. In my case the child calmed down quickly so it didn't bother me. Plus I always take earbuds to block noise. The balcony door lock wasnt working and this is the ground floor though the balcony faces the side of the building/micro garden rather than the road. Kitchen has only cutlery, 3 plates of 3 types and 1 frying pan (you can fry without oil), 1 soup pot. There is no oil, pepper (only solt), sugar, tea in tge flat so you need to buy a lot to be able to cook there.

Nice place, the description fit it but the pictures were of the wrong place - a larger flat though most furniture was in a similar design. Stuff was friendly, at night and evening it was quiet. You can order takeaway via Yemeksepeti and they deliver to the door. Good Internet quality. Enough for zoom calls (w/o video) or watching tv series online. Hot water was available the whole day (but you need to wait a bit). There's hardly any sun on the balcony so during summer there probably won't be hot in the flat. In March it was cold, I used AC to warm up the space. Worked pretty well. AC is in the living room and a bedroom. If you want to live next to the waterfalls then this is ideal. If you want to be next to shopping area, then it's a bit far.

It's as described and as expected, with nice staff. Quiet neighborhood close to the waterfall. Bed, shower, washing machine, kitchen is good, lots of ventilation, secure, and AC works well.
