Wonderful relaxing stay at Ada Dreams (deluxe studio/Gaia). The villa is beautifully restored with equipped with everything you need - lots of attention to detail. We enjoyed breakfast in our garden, and lazy days by (or in - 1st week April!) the pool. The views across the valley to the mountains are stunning. The staff are very friendly and on hand whenever you need them…making this the best of both worlds….looked after you in your own “home from home”. Would definitely love to come back.

I really couldn't fault this hotel if I tried! Everything about our stay here made our holiday better than we could have imagined. The accommodation was BLISSFUL. In restored historic buildings, it was clear how much love and attention was paid to make these gorgeous, fit-for-purpose villas, inkeeping with the local style and paying homage to the location's history. A masterpiece of understated luxury. The staff are friendly and helpful. We were here during the off season. Though language could be a barrier sometimes, we managed just fine (with a little help from Google translate when needed!). Even the animals provided excellent customer service! Food and wine was tasty too. The location is perfect. Surrounded by pine-covered hills, Babadag mountain in the background, Kayakoy is a peaceful, rustic paradise. The sound of sheep bells and the call to prayer (plus the occasional barking dog!) echo across the valley. Despite the rural setting, you're still close to bustling Fethiye and the beautiful blue lagoon beach of Oludeniz. I'm not sure if you can tell I highly recommend Ada Dreams History!!

Amazing place for relax, good service, tasty breakfast, beautiful landscape, so many little things agree with the mood and concepts of the hotel, panoramic views, when we had even a little problem - staff help us very quickly, silent, quite, nature, perfect place!

Nothing all good.

Everything from the staff to the villa. Everything was top class and luxury. I have no words to describe this place. It's magical and breathtaking. Everyone will go out of their way to make the guest happy. Deniz, Aleyna and the ones could not remember their names were exceptional. Can't wait to back and stay at least a week this time. Loved it my wife was so happy too. And we loved the dog Makri and we missed him already.

It rained during our first night and our cushions got wet, which can’t be helped. Because of this, the entire evening, next day and follow morning we were unable to use the beds as they “weren’t dry yet”.

Lovely villa; private and secluded. Staff were fantastic. The views for breakfast and dinner were amazing. The friendly dog and chickens also made a welcomed appearance.

The stay here was amazing, the restoration of the ruins was done in the best way. Everything inside the villas and the gardens was immaculate. The staff is exceptional and the food in the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner was some of the best food we have had. They went above and beyond with treats for my birthday, decorated my room, free Prosecco and fruit bowl, and cake with candles. Never met nicer people. The location is also great, close to the village centre and to the ruins of the ‘Ghost town’. These ruins are also the main view from the restaurant and it is breathtaking. The designer has picked everything with an incredible taste and the villas are so aesthetic. Ada feels like the perfect blend of history and traditional with luxurious but also slow and wholesome living. I cannot recommend this place enough.

The only part for me was the pool was in the shade for most of the day so the water was cold.

A dream location and villa. The villa has everything you need for a perfect stay. The garden area, the pool, jacuzzi and ambience, everything is perfect. The hotel is in the mountains and gives a very relaxing atmosphere, within 10 mins you can be in the heart of Fethiye and 20 mins from Oludeniz. The hotel provides everything you need for your stay and more. The restaurant has a very nice atmosphere, menu and staff are very helpful. The team message you to ask if you require housekeeping and the villa is completely private.

The only thing I can think of is that the pool is not heated, although we were there end of April, it was still a bit too cold for a swim, but instead we used the hot tub which was spacious and very good.

My wife and I stayed in this hotel for our honeymoon, and the experience was amazing! The hotel villas have an interesting history and are very well renovated and equipped with top-quality amenities. Everything we needed was there. The staff are very helpful and friendly. They assisted us with bookings, recommendations, and anything we needed really. Special thanks to Ursan and Jan, you guys are brilliant. Breakfast had a great variety of turkish food and was very delicious. The dinner menu was a bit limited, but it was also very delicious. At one night there was live music being played at dinner which gave a nice atmosphere. Bathrooms were very clean, and water pressure was satisfyingly strong. Also, I can't ignore the local animals. Having the neighbour's dog around was very delightful, and in the morning, you can see chickens and roosters around the area. Overall, I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

It was pretty cold in spring time, even though every room is equipped with a big heater, it didn't heat to 30 degrees as it was set. But you can use a blanket anyway.
