Heating system is by aircondition, which was not on when we get there, room was freezing, then its loud and temp control does not work, so not good for sleep. We had to turn off in the middle of the night to stop over heating the room, then in the morning cold again. Not good system and again air blowing on the bed for heating!!!In a place like Edirne, minus degrees is not a good solution.

In summer Türkish people back home Turkey....Bulgaria and Serbia not make phone....In the abroad and traffic jam we stayed at jam 12 hours, i try phohe the hotel, but sytem has got wrong. In my opinion Hotel Facilities know the problem in summer....Türkish people back home...my bookint hotel DELETE....we arrive at 29 hours driving and hotel's said we had not got booking. Facility manager said that I do not phone the hotel. I said that know problem in summer Türkish people, he said yes agree....I think this not correst...

To start with we were asked to pay at arrival, understandably because if we saw the room we would leave immediately even at midnight when we arrived. The night shift of this hotel with more than 70 rooms consisted of only 2 people. The toilet seat despite having the ''has been cleaned'' paper wrap was far from cleaned. We saw leftovers of human excrement inside it and a few long lines of urine on the outside. The first reaction of the reception when we called it in was ''i did not clean it''. Next morning when we asked for a complaint form we were given a plain sheet of paper, easy to guess where our complaint would end up. The automatic lights in the corridor were almost never on when we walked at night. In the morning the temperature in corridor was more than 30 degrees Celsius die to lack of any air-conditioning. To get down from the 7th floor we waited about 15mins.

There was nothing to really like, apart ,apart maybe from the outside of the building.

The room was not well cleaned, we found hair in the bathroom / sink. Part of the ice lighting was not secured in the bathroom and "hung". There were no towels (respectively, I personally had to give them to us from the reception, as no one came to the room to bring them). The room was cold and the air conditioning system did not work well for the set degrees .... I informed the reception, but ..... On the second day I found in the room a pie and an open bottle of water from the mini bar of the room, I went down to inform the receptionists about it, and they said that either the water evaporated from the heat in the room (could a sealed bottle of water open itself and evaporate part of her or the cleaner was thirsty and drank - in this case the client had to serve, she had forgotten to bring new towels) TV channels are also scarce .... About breakfast: the lack of choice in the hotel's famous brand made a terrible impression. The main idea was to initially serve breakfast at 7 p.m. and that's it - the latter are eating away at the leftovers, there is no staffing ..... I have been to many hotels and I often use the booking system and I have never had to write negative reviews, but the quality in this hotel is not good. I hope to improve in the future!

Тhe hotel looks good and is part of a large hotel company. The quality of service at the Ramada Hotel in Edirne is more than poor and I do not recommend it!

Very dirty hotel, rooms, lobby, everything.. Dust everywhere, the toilet and especially toilet seat was extremely dirty, bathroom was clogged and when you take shower the entire floor in the hallway was covered with water. They made a mistake with the type of our room. We arrived at 00:00 after long way trip and till 02:00 o’clock they had to fix problems and finally at 02:00 o’clock we’ve received another room, which wasn’t perfectly clean but better than previous. We were not informed that the hotel is currently being renovated and the parking lot will be on the side, so we parked on a fictional parking lot covered with gravel and grass, which has no direct access to the hotel, there was no piccolo even on the next day, so we had to carry our luggage by ourselves (two ladies). At 08:00 they have decided to start repairing previous room and the noise was awful. On the next day manager wasn’t informed about all of the problems and we had to talk with sales manager, because it was Saturday, he assured us that he would report to the manager all of the problems and will contact me for refund, still nothing from their side. These things are not acceptable even for cheap hostel, what about a hotel. Not recommend this hotel at all and won’t stay again there!

I liked everything. The hotel manager is one of the best managers i have ever met. There was a problem with my reservation, i checked in very late at night, i payed some extra money, but the next day, the manager was very understanding with my situation, and i recieved back the money i payed extra.!!!! Congratulation for the manager!!!!! Congratulation Ramada!!!!
