Cleanliness can be a bit better

Unfortunately we booked early and the price then dropped by about 30 euros. Therefore we wanted to extend our stay till 3pm and the man at reception agreed to this. However, the next day someone else was on duty and we could then only stay till 1.30pm. If we went again in the off-season, we would not book so long in advance. Breakfast is a bit confusing. The location is excellent.

We had a deluxe room, which was large and had two balconies and a great view.

I booked the black deluxe room. The black linen and sheets somehow look untidy. But it is much better when I have them changed into the white.

The breakfast is awesome, which I really recommend. I can appreciate the sea view from the rooftop while having the breakfast. The staff are friendly and hospitable, trying to satisfy everything I requested.

Probably the breakfast could have had more options than just omelettes. But that’s still not a deal breaker.

The room was amazing and so was the property as a whole. The second thing that I liked was the cleanliness of the room. Housekeeping staff changed the sheets and cleaned the room regularly. And finally, the staff was so comforting and friendly. We had an additional request for them to keep our luggage after the checkout as our bus was in the evening. They were so helpful to do that.. Really liked staying there and wish to come back again next year.

I was really impressed by the amazing service at this hotel, especially from Kaan and Alara. They were so friendly, spoke English well, and gave great advice on what to do. The view from the hotel was stunning, breakfast was delicious, the rooms were spotless, and the location was super convenient. I totally recommend staying here!

The bath-tub had started leaking and spilling out water on the floor of the room. To add to it, we witnessed major storm on the second day of our stay. Because of the heavy rains and strong winds, the room was in a mess when we returned. The frame of the main door broke and the floor was full of water. To our horror, there was no staff available for cleaning. The poor receptionist came to our rescue with a bucket and mop, who actually cleaned the floor and supplied fresh towels. On the first day of our stay, the complimentary breakfast was not ready despite our special request the previous night. We left for site-seeing without eating breakfast. On the second day, the breakfast was ready as requested and we were happy with the spread. The dimly-lit lobby and the dark passage creates an unpleasant perception of the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Kaleici Old Town, at a walking distance from the popular Marina stretch and the prominent site seeing spots. Also, a wide range of restaurants and cafes are in the vicinity of the hotel, giving plenty of options to choose from and making it a lively and safe area to stroll through all hours of the day. The room was meticulously designed, with a breathtaking view of the ocean. It was a delight to watch the sunrise and the lovely hues of the skies from the room balcony, against the crystal-clear blue sea.

Everything was really good. The room was beautiful . It was Bali room with balcony and windows facing sea. The room had sauna and bath tub.The view from window amazing. Near to shops . The hotel restaurant food was priced normal and tasted really good. Everything was prepared fresh by the cooks.

Nothing really apart from few things in order to improve for future guests. The wobbly sink in the bathroom. In the living room next to the window in the ceiling, there was paint that had been coming off. The air conditioner looks like it has not been cleaned for a long time, looking at the amount of dust collected on it, and we cleaned it ourselves.

Breakfast was fantastic View from the room was increadible Our room was cleaned daily. The fridge contained a nice selection of drinks The living room was very spacious and south facing with plenty of sun. Great location. Recomended to everyone

We did have a leak in our room from a heavy storm, which the staff cleaned up straight away. The only thing that I would change in the hotel is the staff would smoke whilst you were eating your breakfast, and no matter how many times you asked them, not too, the next day they smoked again.

The food at this hotel is exceptional. The staff are very friendly and are always on hand when you need them. The sauna and jacuzzi in our room was amazing, and the views are spectacular.

Loud ventilator that always was on with the light in the toilet and jacuzzi. Could not turn it off if you only wanted light. Lunchbox was a bit simple, breakfast would have been more curious. Maybe a wrap with kebab would have been better then a sandwich.

Sauna, seeview with balcony. Comfy bed. We got the room we booked of the pictures. The fantastic room. Included shampoo and other care products. Curious interieur designs. An awesome place to relax for a bit. A private wellness.

Breakfast at Afflon Hotels was the best in Turkey.

Our biggest problem was we booked a SEA view room but got a SIDE sea view. The hotel is blaming booking.com but it was difficult to communicate with hotel staff to clarify. I have always booked through booking.com but disappointed this time, may not use you in the future.

Staff were all good, communication issues sometimes. Breakfast was good and the views. Could do with a variation with breakfast. Excellent view from garden. Location is excellent, close to harbour and main shops.

The staff the location the view! Everything was amazing I was having 2nd thoughts about location but it was the perfect spot close to the city centre everything is around you walking distance. Staff were very helpful. The place was always clean and breakfast was nice. If I return to antalya I would stay here again 🩷

Bali room’s sea view is amazing. the airy-ness of the room is fantastic. stayed here for 2 nights then moved to another 5 star hotel (SU), thinking it would just as good. well their room is not a match to Afflon’s sea view room. the hotel is slightly difficult is found at first but it is located with restaurants, shops and walkable distances old town. book a room & enjoy room service with a great sea view. breakfast is great too.

Room with an amazing view, enjoyed sunsets every evening. Very comfortable bed and room had all the facilities. Location is very convenient, close to the city center but away from the crowds and loud music. 8 mins taxi drive to the beautiful Konyaalti Beach.

The view is amazing !!! We will surely come back, the staff was very helpful and friendly ! That was the very best experience ! The breakfast was so good and full !
