Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

RussiaThis place has extremely nice service, location and facilities. I usually travel a lot, been many hotels but never seen so hight lever of professional chambermaids. I visited Akra and Akra V many times and no one mistake: room is always super clean and cosy. I don’t know how they can keep so high level so consistently. Breakfast is in main Akra is super nice. I also like Pablito cafe and Baska (try san-sebastian cake there). Reception managers are absolutely friendly and clients-oriented.

Initially the receptionist wasn't willing to deal with a breakdown in communication between booking.com and the hotel, leaving us to fend for ourselves. On the other hand, the other receptionist we met the following day was very very helpful.
