Pleasant accommodation. Approx. 10 min walk to the beach. Close to shops. Bus connection approx. 3 min. Lots of cats, which my daughter appreciated :-)

The apartment was quite dirty, dirty dishes and only 1 fork and a couple spoons. And there were 5 of us. We were 3 days and it wasn't too critical, but if you're going to be longer and cook for yourself in the kitchen, this accommodation won't suit you. Also we had the top floor and there were constant sounds of rain coming from the roof, leaking barrels

The apartment is located in a great location. To the beach 10-15 minutes, near a lot of stores, easy and quick access to the city center.

A bit more kitchen facilities should be in the apartments. (Such as glasses, forks, spoons.)

It has a great location, not far from the beach and from different shops and the public transport. There is air conditioning in every room. The wifi works great. The basic facilities (kitchen, bathroom) are ok. You can park in front of the property.

The stray cats and dogs camping outside the building Waiting to check in as nobody was at the reception when we arrived but also there was no way of contacting them prior to arriving to inform them of flight delays and ETA.

We were 10 mins late checking out as my disabled daughter needed the toilet, the staff abruptly knocked the door for us to leave, there should have been a little more flexibility considering we came at 9.30pm. This could have been done in a more polite manner.

Apartment is pretty worn out. Dirty furniture. Leaking shower hose. In booking was informed that free upgraded to bigger apartment but host was not able to provide.

Wifi connection was not stable. One day we didn't have hot water. No 24 hour reception. If you need something in the evening, you need to phone for someone to come.

The apartment was big enough, warm and equipped with everything for comfortable stay. The location is good, there are some restaurants and a few supermarkets nearby. It's 10-15 minutes walk from the sea.

The Internet absolutely doesn’t work. It’s barely possible to send a WhatsApp message, forget about loading anything else . Supposedly, there is reception office downstairs , but there is hardly ever anyone to be found . You have to call them whenever you need anything. Not having a local sim it’s pretty problematic. Some of the things mentioned in the listing are absent. Had to ask the staff several times to give us at least two spoons to able to feed the kids breakfast. We were four people, but there were only two towels and one blanket in total, also had to ask multiple times to get extra ones. The cleaning service was randomly offered once on our last day a few hours before check out. (We stayed in modern suits , which also belongs to ale, for a week before moving to ale where in the same period of time cleaning lady came three times ). Even in the hall and stairs some trash spilled out and it remained there for days until it was cleaned.

We were with 4 persons, but 1 pillow wasnt there) and something else too. So the appartment wasnt prepared really well) When i asked for it, the man working there, gave everything we needed, He was really helpful. The location is kinda not bad, there is carrefour near, also restaurants and a beautiful mosque. Beach like in 10-15 min away. But the neighbourhood wasn’t all touristic to me, Not like a lively neighbourhood, at night also dark and not much people around. But still not bad!

We arrived much later then expected, but the man still came with the keys when we wrote that we had arrived. After messaging him, he came like in a 5 min

The rooms is so small and one toilet for both 2 rooms. The booking showed there will be 2 sofa beds, but there was only one. Other than that, it was quiet pleasant.

Staff is not co-operative. There was Electric power failure in the apart with non functioning Cooker. But staff are relaxed just saying sorry and reluctant to solve the issue.

Only one sofa, no Iron, big delay when check in as we were held hostage until we had to agree to a higher rate of currency exchange !otherwise they wouldnt give us the keys.....They did not provide room service except for one day of our four days stay....while showering if someone opened the water tab the hot and cold water balance is lost and suddenly you are blasted with hot or cold water...they did not speak english at all so i had to use a translator, they charged me for 1 child extra!!! Even though I booked a room for four adults plus 1 child and my family is me,my wife and three children.....overall the experience was horible and i wont repeat it

Despite the presence of facilities such as washing machines and dishwashers, there was no detergent for them. In the list of our unit, there was also a microwave, but it was not available, and instead it was a sandwich maker, which was also broken. Internet speed was not good

the wifi is really bad especially for video calls and watching videos.. i was not aware of a code for the door that closed at 12pm, no guard after this hour, couldn’t go in, in the night, so ask for the code, if you want to be able to go in once it’s closed.

mostly clean, close from the beach by walk, quiet, well secured, friendly staff, space in the flat.
