The place didn't have any salt, pepper or anything of that sort. There was a dishwasher without any dishwasher detergent. Or even a cloth to clean table or dishes. When we gave cash for payment, they didn't even give us $7 euros change back.

there was no personal at the building, no one showed us the facilities. we just got the key and that was it. we did a reservation for 6 persons but there was only 4 blankets and we spent 2 nights until the staff got enough blankets for us.

we were 3 adults and got only one keyboard no washcloth, dishwashing tools no full-length mirror towels were a bit old and even with holes, but they changed it immediately plugs are missed near the beds also they have no elevator

There was no lift and only one mirror in the bathroom. A group of 5 ladies struggled with that 🤣. Also you need to call the owner for the key so best to message pre hand for wifi password & name if you have no wifi. Overall fantastic place to stay.

The apartment was spaciou, very clean great value for money. Great supermarkets close to hand and 15 min walk to the beach.

there is no reception, even though check in instruction suggests it’s possible to check in over reception. That is what we expected, yet we arrived in the middle of the night with the children and there was simply no one around . We didn’t have a local sim card not Internet so I had to ask a stranger to let me use her phone to call the host . Eventually someone showed up half an hour later. The baby cot request was confirmed, however it wasn’t there as we arrived. Air conditioners hardly worked (all three). Kitchen has random set of dishes , eg 3 water glasses when we checked in 7 people , same applies for cutlery. No tea cups . If you attempt to regularly cook it’s not suitable . Carpet in the living room dirty and absolutely gross.

it’s a nice place, relatively close to the beach . The beds are quite comfortable, cleaning lady came every 3 days . kitchen is relatively good equipped with electronic devices, but dishes are very very very poor

The building had no elevators, and the stairs were so narrow it was so hard to carry big sized luggages. Air conditioning almost didn’t work in every room during summer time it’d be hard to spend the day or sleep in the apartment.

We liked it was a good value for the price.

some facilities were broken like the shower holder and for late arrival all shops were closed in the area so I needed to walk for a mile to buy some water. putting some bottles in the refrigerator would be a good gesture and costs nothing

we were lucky to get our suite in the first floor otherwise we had a problem with our luggages and this warm season (August)

Very bad WiFi. And the BOSS had very bad behaviour to the costumer. They did not accept we had problem with WiFi for several days which cost us 60 euros in our sim-card. They charged us also 150 lira for a very old towel which became a bit with color. We were 6 peoples but we requested extra dishes and facilities in the kitchen, and they just said they don't have anything. They did not care. Even we had not enough blanket and pillows!! They charged us a lot. The hair drier bottom's wasnt at its place, we afraid of electericityshock!! We are not happy with their services.

I suggest 2 important things : there is not enough information for the gusset when they arrive at the property. there is no reception office at the property so when the gusset arrive there doesn't know what to do. there is one phone number on the wall outside the building to call and the someone will come to check you in, but if the gusset doesn't have a phone or roaming to phone them then it will be a big issue. however for everyone's attention Modern suites belongs to Ale hotels which is not far from The Modern suites. issue number 2: wifi is so poor, there were days we didn't have internet at all, it is important for gusset to have internet in order to be touch with family at home. dishes at the kitchen are not enough. everything else was good.
