The only issue I had was with the bathroom. It is so unfortunate because the rest of room is designed so nicely, that the bathroom lets it down. The shower doesn't drain the water and it fills up the whole area with water. The extractor fan isn't strong enough to evaporate all the water, so even the next day the water was still there. It's really not a nice experience to have stale shower water in the bathroom for days. Also, across Turkey, housekeeping doesn't come everyday so the room will be left in that state unless you ask for a clean. So I did ask for the bathroom to be cleaned once but I think they forgot. I asked the second day and they did it. Generally I also think Turkey doesn't adhere to hygiene and cleanliness that well. This hotel was better than others I stay at but when I got in to the room there was hair in the toilet and the shower area also had strands of hair. But I have seen this in EVERY hotel I have stayed in Turkey. Although it shouldn't be the case, I do think some things are less adhered to in general. But overall, I would stay there again.

I really liked this place - it was in the heart of Taksim - although intensely busy around the area. There is lots to do and the station is around a 10 minute walk from the place and on flat ground, so no walking up a hill! Can't say that for the rest of the places around it. The staff were really polite and nice, especially Aatish and Aslan (I think those were their names) really nice guys and that always makes a difference when staying anywhere. The bed is super comfy, the room is designed in a nice way. The balcony looks out on a quieter street, although sometimes there is noise that comes from there, so take earplugs. I would definitely stay here again.

Bathroom floors. The water just flow all over toilet area if you take a shower. No curtains nothing.

Location is great, staff is very friendly. Cleanliness in the bathroom walls area can be improved. The shower also wet the entire bathroom floor which was not great. Really like the simplicity of the hotels though.

We paid 4 nights, but our flight was cancelled and we couldn’t use the first 2 nights and they couldn’t reimburse us or move our dates for 1 day longer for the price we already paid.

Great property in the heart of the city, but still in a calm street so it’s quiet at night. The bed was comfortable, it was nicely decorated and the water pressure in the shower was great! It felt like a really nice hotel! The internet was great, even though it would disconnect when not used and you’ll have to put in your passport again and again.

Safe box in rooms and breakfast would make this hotel the perfect place to stay.

Small, quite and comfortable hotel close to Istiklal and Taksim with lots of shops and cafes in the neighbourhood. It occupies 5 floors and has the lift. The hotel provides freash and clean rooms which have the most of the necessary amenities: electic kettle and tea table, frige and hair dryer, various bathroom supplies and slippers etc. - everything is new and nice. The temperature in rooms is comfortable and can be adjusted either by air-conditioner during hot season or by radiator valve during cold one. The WiFi connection is stable and internet speed is high. The bed is very comfortable, the towels and linen are soft and fresh, the rooms service is daily. It might be dark for some tourists in room due to no lamp on the ceiling but I prefer spot light so this was not a problem for me. Special thanks goes to hotel team - they are very welcoming and always ready to help making my stay very pleasant.

Bathroom is small and it is almost impossible to keep the floor dry from the shower.

Nice big bed, small refrigerator, and a nice big TV just off Istiklal street and a few minutes walk from Taksim square.

There was a girls night club next door and it was a bit noisy at night, meaning loud music that's all....

Bathroom but not a major issue

The hotel is old the bedrooms are fine. We stayed in 103 which is on the first floor. Lovely bed comfortable and clean. Small bathroom and only problem the shower completely wet the bathroom floor so was wet all the time could easily be fixed. The 2 guys we met were great Kerem and Ferhat very friendly and efficient . The position of the hotel is excellent 3 mins to Taksim Square and Istikl street. Great !
