We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomFood food and food, this hotel was let down by the quality of the food. Glasses and cups in short supply often had to wait for them to come out of the wash. Never been to a hotel before that had to serve wine in tumblers. Show cooking especially in a morning was so slow, 20 mins to get pancake or omelette. I know the all inclusive finished at 11pm but when the show goes on until 11.05pm and then they charge £3.50 per drink contrived or what!
Staff worked really hard. Pool area very nice with all new sunbeds and umbrellas. Very comfortable beds. Location is good for easy access to shops bars and beach.

TurkeyThey gave us ground floor room which is no good and no sun light. And they close the bar 11pm which is very early i think. The worst thing about the hotel is there is no music in the pool.

United KingdomFood the rice was never cook well, the chef was rude when l asked for kebabs for both me and my wife and said it’s 1 per person but was giving it out to everyone else, swimming pool was dirty as l now have an ear infection from it, staff was rude when my wife wanted to sit down before dinner and they said we had to wait until the doors were open, room was dirty, left used towels on the bathroom floor for them to change and they put it out to dry. We informed them that my wife is immunosuppressed and has a very high risk of catching any kind of illness. This was rectified but it felt that this should have been high on their list for everyone staying there. We hardly ate at the hotel because the food always looked like it had been out for a while in an hot place, again high risk for anyone with low immunity. The room we were given was meant to be a superior room but it was definitely not! It was small and a standard room.

United StatesStaff is unprofessional hotels location is perfect but there is nothing to do in the hotel looks really good on the outside but rooms are old fridge in our room nearly didn’t work it shows in the pictures hotel has water slides but they don’t have water slides anymore there’s no entertainment for kids :( :(
Only thing I liked about the hotel was the food but you had to wait long time in the line to get your food there wasn’t enough staff

QatarThe restaurant personel are the ruddest people i have ever seen ! The front desk too , two words in english simultaneously they give you the Error face ! Bad Customer service, they answer the phone after 10 times . Wifi works only in reception . Rooms are very small , smaller than 10m2 not like they advertised. Bad food Quality , we paid for all inclusive we ended up eating outside . I would stay away from this place as there is much better hotels in the surroundings .
