Nothing really.

Breakfast was buffet style very good and lots of choices. The hotel is in a great location, and very nicely set out. The room was lovely traditional very spacious, and nice big bathroom and shower. Staff were very welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Stayed 4 nights and ate there on two occasions. The food was good. Would definitely stay there again. Ramazan our waiter was particularly nice and friendly, so were all the other staff. The hotel is quite quirky which we love. Every day so many tourists were walking past the entrance taking photos of the lovely courtyard and pool.

Basic room amenities like toiletries and drinking water were absent.

The breakfast was amazing! Big spread and a different menu everyday. The hotel is very pretty and the location was amazing. Very close to all the pretty things to do in the old town. The check in time was also very flexible. The rooms very very basic but clean and spacious.

Unfortunately it is an old building so it was not very quiet. You can hear noise from the streets, bars next door as well as other quests on the corridors. Also I was surprised to see cockroaches in my shower/toilet. The toilet/shower overall could use a bit of deep cleaning and touch ups but it was not so bad that I would have felt uneasy about it, except for the bug visitor.

The hotel is absolutely stunning. There are so many cute details to it and its beautifully decorated. Having breakfast by the pool in the garden is such a great start for the day. Location makes it a great and easily accessible place to stay. Housekeeping does really good job and are also extremely friendly people!

Paid for deluxe room but disappointed! We were given an alternative room, which was much better but still very tired and in need of updating . on stairs at top lighting, not working ! Shower head leaking and floods the floor! House maid only came to change towels and supply toilet rolls / empty bins! Did not clean floors once.. There is no free bottle of water in the room as described on the booking site. Overall, we would stay again because of location.

The room Could be a little brightener, so one more light would be nice. And for my opinion the pillows were a little Bit too hard.

The Location is really nice in middle of the Oldtown. For Breakfast we had a lot of Options and the staff was also really nice.

The pool towels were thin and stained, Strictly limited to one per guest. Some of the male staff felt a bit awkward - one gentleman at the reception in particular. As my check out was later, I asked for my one piece of hand luggage to be picked up from my 3rd floor room and stored for later pick up (as i heard this request accepted for other guests at the reception before with no problem) and he burst into laughter and asked "You want US to do that, to bring it down?". I asked if that was a problem. He awkwardly agreed that not. Other uncomfortable sitaution with the same person at the actual luggage pick up later that night.

The location is superb. A few steps from everything in the old city and the busy shopping street. Beautiful serene courtyard with pool and soft music. Lovely helpful dark haired lady at the reception. Nice breakfast.

The bathroom wasn't very clean when we arrived. Also they decided to paint the room next door to ours the day before we left, there was a very strong smell of white spirit the whole night and we didnt sleep very well.

No blackout curtains so room was light + there was a facility nearby who played loud music past midnight. If you’re light sleeper like I am, I recommend bringing earplugs and sleeping mask.

The place is stunning and in the middle of the beautiful old town of Antalya. Nice pool, large rooms, historical site. Breakfast was also good. Driving and parking were tricky in the old town but the staff helps with this. I saw other people commenting on a/c not working but ours was fine and room nice and cool during the night

The staff were not as accommodative as expected and found them to be cold towards us. Friendly staff were only at the reception.

The breakfasts had some lovely fresh veg/salad and a good coffee machine but were otherwise disappointing. Very much done on the cheap. Limited freshly cooked food and disappointing hot dishes. Porridge and soup made with water. Watery tea. Not very nice pancakes. Stale sugary cereal. Obviously the cheapest possible options. Sadly took the glow away from this lovely place as the restaurant looks top class and is very glam and popular at night. A few fresh pastries and more care put into the hot dishes would have made the world of difference.

Very beautiful and popular restaurant in a lovely setting. Great location and beautifully clean streets full of lovely shops and restaurants. 2 swimming pools. Comfy rooms with great facilities. Lovely staff. Overall a very happy choice.

Breakfast is ok, nothing special. Even though my room faced the courtyard, it was noisy because the walls are paper thin (bring ear plugs).

My room was spacious and clean. It even had a small kitchenette. The hotel is in the middle of the old town, and it's convenient if you want to be there. The staff is helpful. It's very charming on the outside, with beautiful courtyards.

Had to carry our luggages all the way from the main road as bigger vehicles aren't accessible. But otherwise, everything was great.

Loved the area it is situated in. Had a comfortable stay. Food was nice.

Rooms were very loud with two different sets of music playing until 2 am. You could hear guests coming home at 4am every night so difficult to get a decent sleep. Cupboards were quite dusty. Rooms only serviced at 16:30 most days.

Staff was friendly although English was very limited. Good location.
