TurkeyAfter i realized i made my reservation for wrong days i called the hotel to chance it via booking app and the lady who answered the phone literally yelled at me and she said she is alone at the front desk and she is busy and she cannot help so i had to call booking call center and they did it in minutes! During our stay there was NO hot water in the room, even though we said this to the front desk many times they did not do anything to fix it! We stayed at a twin room (2 adults) and at the beginning they refused to give 2 room key cards; we said we need one to keep the electricity unit on all times as we had medicine in the minibar so first day every time we came to hotel we had to find someone to come and open the door and the second day when we insisted on second key card then they charged money; yeah first time ever in a hotel (and i have travelled 1/3 of the world) they charged money for a plastic room card!!!! The stuff wasn’t so helpful at any of the problems we faced! Wifi didn’t work properly in the room; it was ok only at the common areas. They expanded the rooms but not the pool, so for such a hotel pool is like a bathtub! Thinking of the room - service balance and the price of the hotel…NEVER EVER AGAIN!
Hotel is located in the old city that’s pretty much the only positive thing but there whole other bunch of options nearby…

ItalyThere was no water in the room. As well as no water or tea for the kettle. They didn't change the towels for 3 days. You have to pay when you arrive as deposit. The check in and out is slow. Don't like to have 2 single beds if it is a matrimonial.
The Place is nice and had a nice pool. Nice common areas.

United KingdomService from staff was extremely poor. Seemed very inexperienced and to be frank couldn’t care less about guests experience. Food was very poor especially breakfast. Food prepared without any care apart from egg station. Only one key card per room! Not acceptable. Had to ask reception to be let back in room if wife/husband was asleep. Absolutely ridiculous.

Tunisiaservice is medium, breakfast is medium At early morning, at 5 or 6, there is a lot of noise heard coming from the next bar! generally noise of bottles been ranged. we faced a problem of coming water from the roof and got inside the Clim the 2nd day. after repair, the room smells bad every time the Clim starts on!
location is nice! general ambiance is great with the old town movement by night!

Irelandrooms never cleaned properly, food was horrible, every drink recieved at the bar was warm even draft beer came warm - unless you wanna put ice cubes in it.. for €2.5k(only breakfast included) for 9 nights - should have been staying in the new part but was in the old, furniture out of date, water didn’t work some night like would not come out of the tap, there is a pool in new part of hotel but not enough sun beds and not just that if we did get a sun bed there was not enough soft mattress toppers for them which is shocking seeing as the money their scamming people out of .. most of the staff were lovely but horrible to see the older staff ordering the younger around as if they are slaves .. after calmly explaining some of the issue they could not have cared less .. would never go back, pancakes raw in the morning..oh and not to forget money went missing from the room and the response we got was ‘cleaner might have thought it was a tip’.. oh and loved seeing some dead cockroaches around the hotel really topped it off

South AfricaFirstly, the service is not good at all. Reception lady tried to charge an extra 60 euro on the approved Bookings.com fee. Until I explained I have booked many times via this App and no hotel has ever charged more then the agreed rate. They are limited with staff so we ended up carrying suitcases up the flight of stairs. Breakfast is horrible. (Made on diluted juice, wet scrambled eggs, No yogurt, one tray dried cold meat that looks like it stood for days). Just very bad. The rooms and bathroom need a definite upgrade. Rooms only gets cleaned passed 5:00pm in the afternoon (we had a 3 day stay and when we get back to the hotel from shopping the rooms are never ready). No hot water from the shower. Day of checkout we once again had to drag down bags ourselves- no Porter service available and the guy at reception just watches as the females are bringing down bags. Such poor/ at times non existence of WiFi. So you end up moving around the hotel reception to hopefully find a signal. Lastly, they only issue one key card for the door. So this means the aircon then automatically off when you remove the keycard as the power goes off. So imagine it’s 37 degrees you come back from a hot day on the road and the room is extremely hot and all items in the bar fridge is warm because the fridge also cuts off when keycard removed. This hotel gives you a poor service and reception.
The only thing is the location as it’s literally in the centre of the Old City. Nothing else

Saudi Arabia* The staff are not welcoming, non responsive, don't speak English, and some of them are rude. * The toilet was too tiny & small (if someone has high body mass he cannot fit in the shower nor on the wc seat) , the shower drain is not functioning & the water is over flowing! * The cleaning service was too bad, they simply organize the bed, fold used towels back without putting clean new ones. * I had allergy on my face & all over my body because of lack of cleanliness (neither bed nor towels are clean) * The bed was not comfy, and the pillows are like sleeping on rocks. * They took the bed duvet & never brought it back. I slept for 3 consecutive nights with no cover: since day 1 I kept requesting a duvet but did not care. They simply gave me the excuse that the housekeeping service is off due to Eid holiday. I insisted on getting a cover so they sent me 1 dirty small duvet inside a big duvet cover rolled over in a disgusting way (will attach its picture), so I asked for clean towels to use it while sleeping but they also did not give me because they don't have. After that, they gave me 1 pool towel which I used as cover while sleeping. * We encountered too many cockroaches; after trying to kill one, we found another dead one behind the fridge. Next day we killed another one, and the day after also. The disgusting thing is that all their dead bodies remain in the same place even after the housekeeper STATED THAT SHE CLEANED THE ROOM! * Last 2 nights we did not have hot water in the shower. * They did not even put for us the 2 complimentary water bottles. * The room wifi & the safe are paid! * The breakfast lacks quality, variety, and it is not tasty. The buffet is placed in a dark tiny place which is very crowded & very hot. There is one chef who is making eggs & pancakes on the same pan with the same hand scraper.
The only thing that we liked is the location, since it is in the center and near all the restaurants, shops, and beach. Otherwise everything was the worst experience ever !!!!!!! Definitely won't recommend it to anyone.

United KingdomWhat a lovely place. You feel at home every single minute. I visited the hotel 22 years ago when my daughter was only 2 months old. Now, we visited again 22 years after. I would not want to stay elsewhere. If you wish to have a romantic holiday, Alppasa is just for you. If you wish to have a family holiday, Alppasa is also for you. It is in the heart of the Antalya Castle. When you enter the hotel and your room, you feel like a "sultan" so, why not take a trip to Alppasa and experience it all with your own eyes. You will not regret it. The peace that l felt lying around the pool made me speacless. I can't say enough for the breakfast. It was so fresh, all local food, so delicious.

PortugalBuffet isn't self service, and the staff clearly was tired of repeating it to every costumer, but not our fault that information isn't provided in advance, the WiFi doesn't work, and the pictures for the room we paid for had a bathtub, and we ended up with a stand up shower, that leaked if 2 people used it at the same time.
