Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndonesiaYou definitely need to rent a car to reach the hotel as there is no public transport to the place. And is cold during winter as it's up in the mountain. Not much activity as its far from buzzling Trabzon city centre.
The place is excellent, thought it's a bit far to reach but worth the stay. The view is fantastic facing mountain with snow on the top. Room is clean and the staff are very friendly. The bed are big and room are spacious. Breakfast is turkish with omellet.

CanadaBees while having breakfast. The weather was a bit cold and nice at night, but we couldn't open the windows due to mosquitoes and there was no AC. But it was not a big issue. We had a pleasant sleep.
The rooms are new, spacious, and clean. Beds are large and comfortable. The view was unbelievable. Staff were very kind. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting Hamsiköy.

United Arab EmiratesThis was a terrible experience. When we arrived and went to the room, it was freezing. The unprofessional staff informed us that he had just turned on the heaters. How is this acceptable. After 3-4 hours , very early morning, the heaters go off again. We were in our jackets the whole time. The place location is not nice. No parking facilities and the road up to the hotel is not safe. There were no amenities in the room, including toilet paper, that we had to go down to the terrible smoke smelling reception to ask for one. There is no phone in the room. No kettle, no complimentary water or tea. We checked out 7 a.m. because we couldn't take the cold in the room anymore. I cannot express how bad our experience was in this unprofessional and unwelcoming place.
