Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The most beautiful hotel with the most friendly and caring staff, nothing was too much. The room was so tasteful and beautifully furnished with the most spectacular view. Breakfast was exceptional, it was sunshine on a plate well lots of plates! We all said it was the best breakfast we have ever had! The pool is to die for and we will definitely come back here! A true find for anyone looking for a bit of paradise. Thank you so much Amber Suites for everything.

this hotel is like a dream come true- it's design is beautiful, everything is made of carved wood and the rooms are modernly and comfortably designed with authentic touches of stone walls, traditional lamps and more. we loved the large beds with the all white sheets and luxurious spacious showers. the view of the mountains and the beach from our balcony was amazing and the view from the pool so relaxing. the staff was extremely nice and helpful and took care of every little detail and supplied every comfort possible- they pampered us with wine, cheese and fruit upon arrival and left many shower supplies and special teas in the rooms. since we arrived late they let us stay in the pool after hours. they answered all our requests and were always available. about the breakfast- it was out of this world! every morning there was a special table waiting for us with crystal glasses and many beautiful serving dishes with a variety of delicious and special food. the pool is also gorgeous with a stone waterfall, special mosaic and comfy sun-beds and towels. it's located a few minutes drive from town, which for us was great since we enjoyed the quiet space. thank you so much for everything! we would love to come again

The owner and staff put lots of effort in welcoming their guests. The rooms are lovely decorated. The WiFi is good (important for the kids). Lots of space available to park your car (the house is located in a cul-de-sac). Swimming pool is surrounded with a lovely fountain, wood terrace with cushions to relax on.
