On my first night they gave me a smaller room than the room I booked because they had an error and my room was occupied, then the day after they forgot to move me to the room i booked and i had to remind them twice. The rooms are a bit damaged and need some repairs. The included breakfast is not as advertised.

Although the reservation was made and paid for a superior room, we were accommodated in a basic room on the grounds that there are no differences. Moreover, it was not even possible to relocate because the hotel was overbooked.

The location is very close to the tourist attractions without needing public transport. Very clean and the possibility of parking the car.

Since we liked it in the hotel, we decided to spend one more night in the hotel, so we had to move to another room. We were given a small room that is not suitable for a family with children (I told my mother that we would get a family room). The room is generally conditional, but it had shortcomings such as the shower in the cabin did not work, so we had difficulties changing the girl's diapers (the faucet and auxiliary shower are not functional). The window was poorly sealed, so it was a bit noisier at night, but luckily we only stayed there for one night. I believe that the staff was not aware of these shortcomings, otherwise we would have been given another room.

The LOCATION is perfect, the hotel is literally next to the Gulhane tram station. We booked a deluxe family room for four nights, everything was in order, fenomenal view of the main street. Although the street is very busy, the isolation is excellent and there was no noise. The room is clean, spacious, comfortable. King size bed, top quality mattress. The staff is very pleasant, ready to help in any way and at any time. I especially emphasize the cordiality and professionalism of the general manager, who was kind especially to our little girl who hugged him as if they had known each other for years. The employee Driele in the restaurant helped us every day, she speaks excellent English, cheerful and positive. She was at the service of all guests with a smile. The reception staff were also very kind to us. We got free parking in front of hotel. The breakfast that was included in the price was decent. There was a variety of food, just a little advice to include egg omelette type food, hot dogs and slightly less seasoned fried potatoes and the like. Most people from our area eat an omelette for breakfast, especially children.

Shower head was unsatisfactory and was not replaced in the 7 nights we were there.

Location. Excellent. Very close to main tourist attractions. A little too close to a tram stop and busy traffic for perfection but very close to perfect. Good breakfast buffet and breakfast room.

From time to time it was simply impossible to take a shower as the water was either too hot or very cold, but never the optimal temperature. The toilet broke down but no one paid attention to this and we had to use it like that until we left. It was very noisy in the room. You can hear everything from the street as well as from the adjoining rooms.

There is private hotel parking, need reservation. Small room and the bad was very comfortable. Good location, next to Gulhane park, very close to many historical landmarks, many shops and restaurants in the area. Good breakfast and beautiful view from the restaurant.

Hotel isn't as good as the reviews. Breakfast wasn't too bad for the price. The rooms and toilets are definitely outdated. BEWARE if you're a light sleeper, there's noise from showers or a child crying coming through the walls pretty easily!

Room A/C did not work and could not sleep at all. I booked a family room for 3 people but somehow booking showed only 2 people. But I clearly mentioned in my requests that the room was for 3. At the checkin time, hotel charged 50 euros for the the third person. If I had known about this earlier, I would have booked a room with the higher rate with another hotel.

If you have children that sleeps with you, the room isn’t suitable for it is too cramped. For a couple might be perfect. If you planned to stay more than 3 days, mind you that the closet is small.

The location is super close to the Ayasofya & Blue Mosque, it is nicer if you would walk via the garden and it’s not at the hilly side of the town. Breakfast good. The room is clean daily. The heater is too good, but there’s a window for ventilation

Perfect location, helpful staff great view from the attic for breakfast. The location is perfect, 5 min walk to Aya Sofia, Topkapi Palace and Basilica Cistern walking distance to Galata Bridge, under the hotel there is also a tram stop, good for public transportation

1. Checkout time - was delayed as the staff was checking us our room before we can go (about 30 minutes) 2. Some staff couldn't communicate well in English, but majority was OK and helpful.

1. Location - very near to Gulhane tram station and main attractions were within walking distance. 2. Breakfast - spread was nice and coffee was good. View was superb overlooking the sea and city. 3. Room - complete facilities, just a little bit small but this is expected around this area.

Staff are very kind, room was larger than usual in Istanbul, but it was overlooking the tram station and was a little noisy for me. The staff tried their best to accommodate and provided another room which was two floors higher, but still a bit noisy. The hotel has a beautiful terrace for breakfast with a beautiful view. And the location is perfect for tourist as it is close to all main tourist attractions.

When i checked in , i faced a problem with the check in lady They charged me a 40$ extra to the original amount As per them my card was usd card and they charged it in euros So next time you stay and if ur card is not euro card please mention that to the receptionist … However the manager was professional and solved the problem the second day morning Breakfast was delicious and variable Location was in the middle of all attractions and near to public transportation Loved this hotel and will definitely stay again

Other receptionist are bad at English, breakfast place is nice , the room could be bigger and deserve a bit of renovation (scratch on the wall and furniture) A bit noisy in the morning due to the traffic jam but during the night it's ok.

The location is perfect, close to the bridge and sultanamet area. The receptionist (from Albania) nice and friendly I asked for a changing room the first day because on the first floor you can hear the tram and drivers overusing the klaxon.. The room was ok a bit small (one person) well furnished for amenity kit. The furniture could be change some scratches

The hotel needs to be updated. Cleaning was alright, but the room was a little old and dusty bathroom. Shower was not welcoming at all.
