The beds weren't comfortable. Some customers thaught that they were the king and should get priority. I liked the way the staff handled it and protected each other.

The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and a shopping mall. You won't get bored. Concerning the staff of the hotel, they are very polite and helpfull.

I stayed on the 16th floor and internet connectivity was not good over there. There was no internet connection at the restaurant where I did my breakfast and I hear some guests also complained abut it cause some people are checking inbox or calls during the breakfast. I'd recommend to fix it.

Overall the service and cleaning was perfect. Specially they put some fruits on the plate to welcome you. It's more liked which some hotels are not doing it. Breakfast was amazing. Service personell are very friendly.

Very difficult to control the room temperature & it still became too warm when the heating was switched off. I booked a room with 3 beds ( for more room) but we only had 2 beds

At evry hotell, normally the staff at réception are helping the vistors with their luggages. However, in this 5 star hotel, you are to help yourself with that and the staff at reception will just talk to eachother and stare at you without any help. One doesnt feel welcomed!

The breakfast wasn't included, and the receptionist didn't tell me a definite cost. It was written 15 euros in booking website but they told me 20 euros. Besides, I didn't know if the price is for 2 people or 1 person.

Some windows not protecting against noise (very big slack between window and window frame, also was very noisy from Harley Davidson bar (with live music till 24:00 or even later).

One minor thing that surprised me was the spa receptionist. In the beginning of my stay I’ve asked what is the size of the pool. Pretty normal and simple question. She didn’t know (which is fine, you can’t know everything). But she didn’t even bother to look up the information or ask someone. I’ve asked again a few days later, she still didn’t know and didn’t make any effort to find out info about her area of work. I’ve asked to check with reception, and she called with attitude and got the answer right away. Very strange way of work with guests :) especially since the spa was not busy at all, and I was most of the time the only visitor in the spa. Oh well, it didn’t affect the relaxation in the spa zone.

Check in was earlier than standard time, which was awesome as I arrived after a long night flight. Thank you very much for that! Room is super spacious and very comfortable. Cleaning was upon request which I didn’t ask very often, only complimentary water refill. Breakfast was less variety as other Mercure hotels I’ve stayed before, but overall it was very good quality. Service around the hotel is exceptional, with everyone eager to help and most knowing English (which is rare for Ankara…). Location is good, with lots of cafes around, mall, easy transportation (metro). Pool is great!, steam room didn’t always work, sauna was amazing.

Wardrobe's door were dirty that I realized. One of the coffee cup was dirty from inside, it was not washed apparently and I really got surprised to see that:(

Internet wi-fi is terrible at all levels apart from lobby. You need to improve your internet network by installing the wifi routers at all levels and for the business people experiencing such problem is not acceptable. I couldn't joint meetings via Teams due to bad internet. Hope it will be solved by the management soon.

However, the bathroom was a bit small. My only issue was that the cleaning staff unexpectedly entered my room while I was asleep at 9 am, which was quite unsettling.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is truly unique and the reception staff were quite friendly. The room was relatively comfortable, clean, and well-maintained.
