My confirmed reservations were not found when we arrived. They were going to put us in a different hotel after one night. Booking.com came to the rescue and all was sorted out.

We were upgraded to a wonderful room that far exceeded my expectations. The staff was great.

It seems that the owner is a little distrustful of the guests, but that is understandable given the large number of tourists who pass by. It certainly does not affect your stay and we highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel in beautiful Goreme. So lovely staff, a great breakfast, beautiful view from the terrace. Rooms are so unique, cave bathroom especially, everything is clean, and there is enough space. The beds are very comfy. There are coffee and tea in the rooms. The guys from the hotel arranged a balloon flight, everything was really really great. Very cozy place. We felt like we were in our own house. Big recommendation.

Small cave hotel with a terrace with wonderful view to balloons! You just go up there and balloons are flying next to you, amazing. Also breakfast was good as it only could be.

Staff was very cooperative and courteous. Breakfast was too good. Location and venue as far as scenic beauty is concerned, was very good. Bakhir, the owner was very dynamic, all the time running around looking after his guests . Stay ,Good value for money . Salteen, who was employee there was very well groomed and simple soul. I wish them all the best for their future .

The Breakfast was excellent. Good variety. Eggs cooked to order. Spread of organic fruits. Location is central. The room had a lot of character and carved in one of rock chimney. The staff was excellent. Very authentic experience.

Hard to find. No sunblockers on the window. Toilet did not wash properly.

Great location and terrace with amazing view on flying baloons at 5-6 am in the morning. Two steps from the center of Goreme with all the restaurants . Nice ethnic touch in a decoration. Clean and cozy. Stuff is very friendly and helpful. Great value for money.

Bekir’s hospitality and friendly nature overlooked everything!

The property is a complete gem of a find! It is full of character, unique, quirky and well located to nearby shops and restaurants. Bekir, Brit and all the staff are very hospitable and very welcoming on all accounts. We had a lovely stay, Bekir arranged all our excursions including our balloon ride which was truly breathtaking. Our stay at the hotel was absolutely perfect. The breakfast was phenomenal, the room cosy and comfortable and the staff superb. You can tell that everyone who works at the hotel, loves to take care of the guests. The owners, Bekir and Brit, welcomed us warmly and helped us with tours and transfers. The two boys serving breakfast were kind and sociable and always happy to help with anything.

Excellent host/manager. He helped from the first day to ensure our trip was smooth. Assisted us to book the day tours with a good pricing and was very transparent with fees. Also he went all the way to drop to Uchisar castle in his private vehicle free of charge. Special mention to the kitchen staff who were really friendly even though some were not able to speak in English. one of the best experience in Goreme. highly recommend to anyone visiting Goreme.

Good client service (they booked the balloon flight for us fora good price and just a week before we arrived), nice rooms, very nice shared parts (especially the terrace). Breakfast was included and it was really good, both with sweet and salty options. We really enjoyed the possibility of eating some good fresh fruit!

My friend and I had the most amazing experience staying here in May 2022. The hotel had a lot of character and the bedroom was an authentic cave room that was clean, warm and spacious. The staff was super friendly and helpful; reserved the hot air balloon ride and tours at reasonable rates. Even the breakfast spread was amazing with fresh fruits, breads, cereals, eggs and more! Wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting Göreme!

The breakfast was fantastic, with fresh produce and on-the spot baked eggs, this was the biggest "trump" of the hotel Wifi in caves, great The owner knows cappadocia by heart and will inform you about all possibilities even if "you're well-prepared"

The staff and owners were all very helpful in giving us advice about where to walk and what to see, and with setting up a balloon ride for us despite a couple of bad weather cancellations. We were able to stay in the cave room which was really nice even though it is quite small. Overall we would certainly recommend staying here.
