Water for shower was not good . No water pressure at all. Temperature was not getting hot and was becoming cold while we were tslomg shower. They need to put a pressure pump for improving water pressure and they need to do something for the water temperatures so that we get constant flow for shower.

Staff very good, breakfast was also good and was served by a friendly staff.

I would prefer better coffee for breakfast rather than Nescafe

Standard breakfast, not great not terrible. Location is not the best (Cavusin, not Goreme) but the view is very nice and the hotel has a terrace for breakfast and watching balloons in the morning. It is possible to arrange tours and airport pickup/dropoff through the hotel manager, he was always very helpful

Mattresses were hard, room was not cleaned everyday, no hair dryer, no roof fan, no tv control inside room, just one room key, only one small trash bin. It is suggested to invest in little minor commodity changes to improve customer satisfaction.

This is not exactly a real cave hotel if that is what you are looking for, but it is near the cave hotels.

A very nice and quiet hotel room, not very flashy but just good for your stay with all basic needs in a clean and quiet setting. Location is best for viewing the hot air balloon flights in the morning. The general manager Mr Ugur was always available for any needs.

The winds did cause havoc which led to us not having any electricity for a full night, I think lessons learnt, a generator has now been put in to accomodate this shortfall.

The host UR was excellent in assisting us considering we travelled with our parents. He also arranged a trip to Keyseri and tried to be very accommodating. The pictures give a fair representation of the hotel

if I had to be really picky the lights in the room and bathroom are quite dim

amazing location, much nicer to stay in Cavusin than central Goreme which is quite touristy. Right behind the hotel you can climb the caves to watch the sunset and visit the cave church. The rooms were very comfortable and the terrace is lovely for breakfast and watching the balloons at sunrise. Ahmed is extremely helpful and so hospitable! really recommend visiting Hediyelik souvenir shop in Cavusin (5 min walk from hotel) for really well priced items! The shop is in a cave and Mehmet (owner) will take give you a little tour of the cave and take you down the tunnel where there’s a well!

Very friendly and understanding staff! Both Ur and Ahmet were amazing throughout our entire stay. Ur the manager was incredible, giving us all the information we would need and even giving us the option to plan for future trips, excited to keep in touch with him! It's also just as amazing to see how much Ahmet did for us throughout our stay. Anything and everything we need, he helped us with. Beautiful views and gives a very homely feeling. Definitely a great pick to visit the area of Göreme.

Very cold water in taps and the rooms were freeing in this cold temperature heaters not working. Toilets are compact and in old condition. Not recommend for family. During winter they are supposed to keep rooms warm but it was very cold. Very bad breakfast Torn linen.....

I Liked everything about this hotel, very pleasant stay, we had the opportunity to choose our room, which was amazing. The manager did everything and beyond to make us feel comfortable, he personally took care of the booking for the hot air balloon tour, and he contacted us with a taxi driver, so we had personalized transportation. The Turkish breakfast was amazing. They allowed us to do an early check-in at no charge and offered us a welcome breakfast. Any inquiry or question we had was answered immediately, I do not have enough words to describe how amazing our stay in Cappadocia was. I won't look for another hotel in Cappadocia, for my second trip over there. It was just fantastic!!!

The hotel is located in a central location. The hot air balloon breathing view is seen up close every morning from hotel terrace. Not only that, but you can also enjoy the sunset in the evening. Near the hotel, you can reach the view point and other tourist attractions by walking distance. I would like to mention that the breakfast is absolutely delicious. I was very pleased that the room was able to maintain a suitable temperature even in summer like July without the need for air conditioner. I was very pleased that the manager suggested good tours. In summary, I would like to thank the manager and staff for a fun-filled holiday.

i like everything!

firstly, I would like to say, Thank the Mr Ugur, such a lovely person who look after us very well . Secondly, As a family with two children are so delighted and truly happy with a excellent services, quality of accommodation and a lovely atmosphere, we felt like we were at home. thirdly, the views from the hotel is exactly the same in the website, we saw the balloons very close , caves with stunning vies and lovely restaurant beside the hotel . Finally, Mr Ugur took a chance to buy milks for my babies for emergency, helping us to arrange with a missing bag in the aerport. and organising tours, air balloons in a good prices. I strongly recommended to going Muskara hotel in Capadocia, lovely place, very clean the room with excellent views and a lot of sightseeing to do there. I wished I could stay more longer and of course , we definitely come back for the next holiday.

I think small improvements without spending a lot can make the stay more enjoyable. We had a room with a leaky toilet. When we enter the bathroom the fan noise is huge, it sounds like a huge motor running. We stayed 3 days and 2 nights but the room was not made.

Owner is very friendly and helpful and arranged hot air balloon and green line tour for us for a reasonable price. He also went out of the way and arranged a mini van with driver to take us to Salt Lake and Konya and Pamukkale.
