The location is amazing and well connected. The room (penthouse) has an incredible view and is very very spacious (which is much appreciated). There were some renovation works ongoing (nothing disturbing) and they organised the breakfast in the room, with an exquisite variety of fresh mezze and Turkish specialities. The staff is remarkably kind and helpful. Overall, above expectations!

Restaurant was under renovation so not available and limited breakfast was served to the room. A temporary situation. Otherwise I would have rated this hotel a 10.

Perfect location near public transportation and many points of interest. Nice view of the Golden Horn. Very spacious, clean up-to-date room with a small kitchen area (superior suite). Staff was very helpful, attentive, and respectful.

cleanliness could be improved, especially in the bathroom, which is only equipped with very dim light, so you don't usually see everything. the room was listed with a kitchen, which was there: fridge, stove, sink, all the cabinets, .. however, there was not a single pot or other equipment provided, the kitchen is basically empty. So definitely no cooking unless you bring everything. also no coffee machine (but theres a cafe in the building and plenty next door.) the building has a bar on ground floor, so theres well audible music at night, which didnt bother us

location and staff were great. the room is pretty big, we liked that. bed is really exceptionally comfortable!

The hotel is located in the tourist center, but on a quiet, respectable street with many cozy bars. The rooms are large, the hotel staff are extremely friendly and positive people, they helped with everything and gave advice. Next time I'll definitely stay at the same hotel. Best value for money! Our trip was fun and unforgettable!

Very warm welcome on the day of arrival, we arrived earlier than expected but the gentleman at the reception arranged an early check in for us which was much appreciated as we were travelling with our baby. Additionally we were offered breakfast in the room, which again was an extra kind gesture. Also, there is a small bar downstairs where you can have a drink in the evening.

The phone in the room was not working, but they offered to check it out when mentioned (we were there for one night, so it was not a big deal). No door for the shower (just a small partition), which was a bit awkward.

The hotel is in prime location, close to everything you might need; the room (we got the basement room) was spacious, bright, and super clean, with good heating AC and hot shower water. The receptionist was also super hospitable and helpful. We left our bags at the reception after checkout, and came back to collect them when our ride arrived.

There's a cooking area in the room, but no pans or plates/ cutlery provided. Open shower, bathroom gets easily flooded. Other than that everything was spot on.

Perfect location, helpful and heartwarming staff (reception/housekeeping/bar), huge room, comfy bed, central area. Anything you might need within walking distance. All main attractions nearby.

There was a dirty towel in the bathroom when we checked in. No door in the toilet, everything visible (other than a separe) and you can hear all sounds.

we stayed here twice. 1st time in the apartments with kitchenette on 4th (?) floor, second time in a room on -1st floor (the room had windows, but without specific view). Both rooms were stylish, well equipped and clean. there is a bar on a ground floor, but we didn’t hear any noise in our room. Breakfast was delicious.
