Our Sauna didn't get very hot and the wifi was hit or miss.

Beautiful location and view! We also loved the animals staying around the hotel, it made us feel at home. The cabins were nice and comfortable for our stay. Very quiet and personable place to be.

We couldn't get the sauna to work, but this didn't bother us and we didn't ask for any help. As a suggestion, some instructions in the lodge might be useful. Not a negative, just a suggestion to enhance the experience.

The location of this hotel in the mountains meant that the vista was superb overlooking Antalya. The host made us feel very welcome and although there was a language barrier (our fault), he went out of his way to ensure that we had everything we needed, even though we appeared to be the only guests. Dinner was available and freshly prepared; very nice. The breakfast was lovely, in the small conservatory which overlooked the mountains; a very pleasant way to start the day.

The shower was lukewarm, not hot. Some of the staff, while trying to assist, were rather unprofessional. Breakfast was supposed to be included in the price, but the coffees we had I later found on the bill. (I didn't have to pay them after I complained about this.)

The location is out of the city centre and it’s quite a trek but so worth it! Splendid surroundings and the rooms are great. The breakfast is well catered for each taste and the staff are friendly and superb! We used the hotel transfer services and organised a city tour via them. Very reasonable price and exceptional service. Highly recommend!

The road to the lodge is a bit difficult because it is in the mountains. You need a car to move around in the area. It’s a little secluded. The kids of other families in the bungalows next to us made a lot of noise until 11 pm!

It’s a quiet place with great views of the city. The food was so delicious. The staff were accommodating. Loved the facilities and the whole atmosphere.

We loved the beautiful view looking out onto the mountains and the peace that surrounded us. We loved swimming in their stunning pool. If you stay here, please visit Yayla Gözleme Çaglarcaköyü Restaurant, it has the best view, best food and best host.

Only had time to stay one night, but it was the perfect retreat to get away from the hustle & bustle of the city for a short while. We plan on returning for a longer visit in the near future.

The weather which is not the management’s fault.

The location was spectacular but unfortunately the weather was disappointing with rain, overcast skies and cool temperatures. The breakfast was good and tge staff delivered food to the chalet during heavy rainstorms.

It's cold in the bungalow in February. On the first night we were saved by 2 heaters and air conditioning. For the following days, only the air conditioner was enough. It will always be cold in the sauna, you can not hope for a sauna. The water in the tap is barely warm, it will not work to wash, we went to wash in the main building. But the kind staff were very interested in our comfort and our stay was very pleasant, we will still return again at any time of the year.

-none of the staff members speaks English , commnication was not easy at all - my reservation was with free breakfast , but because we didn’t all go at the same time to eat, I was charged for breakfast !! very weird but at checkout I discussed the matter with the front desk and they thankfully dropped the extra fees - there is clearly shortage in staff , we need to wait long for everything - I don’t recommend the hotel for people who don’t like to stay around dogs . there is a very cute family of 7 friendly dogs in the hotel 🥺💕 - it would be great if rooms had hair dryer and coffee /tea and kettle

The cabins are actually smaller than they appear. You have very basic facilities in your room. The heating function of our ac didn’t work through the cold October nights (however the staff were kind enough to provide us with a portable heater). Besides that, we didn’t have a hair dryer in our bathroom.

The location is breathtaking. You get to have a taste of living in green mountains. Perfect for taking awesome pictures. If you’re into animals, they have cute puppies and cats. Mountain Climbing is also an option here. The staff were kind and helpful. Nice to chat with and they provide games in the lobby. This place has a nice atmosphere to have a relaxing short term stay in nature. Special thanks to the manager “Gazi” and his friends “Yusuf” and “Osman”.

- Maintenance had a few issues in the washroom n main door which was never taken care of. - communication with the staff was too tough.(they don’t speak english well) - Distance to city for other needs.

The warm water was significantly limited and the pressure was low. After the 1st night, there was no internet connection in our lodge. However, you could use it in the reception. The drinks (even coffee) are not included in the breakfast and are to be paid for at the end of the stay. This is not a major issue, but we were not informed of this in advance.

Staff was so kind and helpful! View - amazing!!! We could sit outside our lodge for a whole day, the view was magnificent. The breakfast was quite different than the usual hotel one, but it was nice! It seemed Turkish-Mediterranean style.
