This hotel appears to be understaffed. My husband wanted an extra cover as the bed solely had one thin blanket. The staff member at the front desk said he would bring it to our room and never did. Also: there are no phones in the room, so you cannot call reception if you need something. The other issue was the AC, which appears to be nonexistent in Europe. This hotel also does not immediately inform you of tours. I had to ask them for information. Even with these minor issues, I still would recommend this hotel. It’s very affordable, so do not expect much.

The room was very clean and modern! It is definitely a gem for the price. I enjoyed the fact that there was a Turkish ottoman in the bathroom to bathe because it was different and neat to experience. The hotel itself is located in a very vibrant part of the city. You can walk to all the shops and restaurants. Next door, there is a delicious restaurant. Please note there is no Uber in this town, but luckily there are several affordable taxis outside the hotel.

Noisy the hotel soundproof system is very week Mini bar was chargeable but we didn’t see any restaurant menu or room service facility.

The location wasn't exactly what I thought. We where advised not to go out at night which was disappointing.

The street in front of the hotel was too narrow. My tour car cannot enter this street and I need to walk to nearby pickup point with a wider street. The breakfast was so so and need some improvement in the menu. People will get bored if the same type of food was served.

The location was so great. It is very close to the night walk and beach walk. The room was fantastic and clean. There is a electronic stove and some kitchen utensils. You can enjoy and cook inside this hotel.

The neighborhood is safe and there are many bars and restaurants. The hotel room was clean, fully equipped but could be a bit bigger. Great choice and highly recommended.The staff was very helpful, they assisted us finding a taxi and provided information for available transportation means

Cleaners speak so loud that you don't need to set an alarm, they will wake you up at 8 am.

It was raining almost every day( not the hotel's fault) and the tiles or floor in the lobby and the connecting hallway was very slippery. Extra caution if you have elderly family members with you.

The room was super dirty under the bed (old bottles of water and bathroom slippers, a think layer of dust), but I understood it was a human factor rather than the hotel’s policy. Rooms are rather small but okay for a short stay. Would love to see at least one towel hook in the bathroom
